Service has been amazing. I didn't get my order in that end due to issues with stock and website issues however everything was Communicated and sorted it all out quickly. Would highly recommend their services if you need a pc or parts for your own pc

Customer Service was excellent, questioned were answered in a way anyone can understand and was delivered personally when it was due to be delayed by the fuel shortage by the staff.
The computer itself was of the highest class of work I've seen in a longtime, it's powerful, fast, very quiet and I quite like the light show that was added to the case.

i’ve followed this company for a few months and have had only good experiences. i recently purchased an Inno 3060 GPU and only had to wait around two weeks before receiving it not to mention it was an incredible price, in the current climate for cards this is extremely quick and Lloyd was really informative throughout the whole process. I couldn’t recommend anyone else! :)

Seems well like a scam, 2 company names in 2 years, contacted on fb, claimed can only been sold on website, googled address, shows some sort of stable, no shop. Asked to come over to see items that hes selling, started to ignore straight away.

I needed a new PC as the pre-built unit I had purchased from a well known retailer was quite honestly useless and returned, after several days of looking I came across these guys who were fantastic, they couldn't do enough to help and advice me as a noob in the PC market. I walked away with a far superior unit for more or less the same price as the pre-built one I had previously bought. I will definitely use these guys again and highly recommend them.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable also. I have bought two PC's from these guys now and will continue any further purchases from them. After sales support is also excellent and a friendly discord channel also. I would highly recommend these guys.

Purchased an RTX 3070 and PSU from Gaming Co. Due to the global shortages I was placed in a pre-order queue for the gpu. Gaming CO has a dedicated discord for customers and PC enthusiasts and used the discord to keep everyone informed on their order status. The number and quality of updates was highly reassuring and the team are highly approachable. As well as selling stock products, they offer an order service where they can source parts at your request, as well as offering custom PC builds. Throughout the shortages the team were committed to being as close to MSRP as they could and they did a fantastic job achieving this. I could not recommend these guys more.

I wanted to buy a machine pretty last minute. And from the off, all my questions no matter the size were answered with enthusiasm and obvious clear knowledge. My machine runs amazingly, I feel like I got a great deal and was looked after. Highly recommended.

I guess it's up to that point now, visiting Trustpilot. Gamingco sent me my order just after I asked to cancel it, stating it was already sent. OK, let’s say it was a domain timing issue. I had to pay for return shipping myself as they implied it was my mistake, which I did (paid). The return was received back on 07/07 as I received a notification email, meaning I should have received my money back in 10 working days afterwards. It is 28/07 and no refund has been received, nor a response to my emails. Thinking about it now, their email responses have been very selective as to which of my emails they respond to. Anyway, at this point I will have to raise the issue with my bank and may have to report this as a theft – which is more or less what this is. Glad for all the people who had positive experience though!

I found GamingCo through a facebook group I was a member of for a while; however as a small computer shop their customer service and available stock is extremely impressive.

The thing which makes me exclusively order from these guys now is their community through Discord and their customer service - the owners have even gone to the extent of sourcing and shipping me parts next day upon request which is so so useful.
