Your short hair styling tool
Glowcept answered all of my hair needs. My hair has thinned quite a bit in the last year. Finding a styling tool and products that work on thin, gray, and fine hair has been quite a search. Finally!

I just started looking for a heat brush. What got me was the specialization for short hair. Right now my hair is not "short" but not long either. Looking forward to seeing how this works for me. I appreciated all the info provided on the site. But, there was so much that it was difficult to find what I was looking for. I wanted to see an image of the structure of your product for comparison to other companies. Also, could not tell what colors were available easily. Also also (:>) took to long to find the price. I had to dig for the information. Site page is way to long. I appreciate the marketing, but we are in an age of wanting to go through information quickly. I would suggest shortening the page a bit and removing repeated information. Way looking foward to my brush when it arrives! (:>)

I can only speak as I find. The service was great, which I had not expected, coming back really quickly on an issue I had. No messing, they sorted it out and all was good. In the end I purchased the heated thermal brush, which has been excellent and heats up really quickly. Great product.

UPDATE ON ORDER ISSUES
UPDATE!!! I finally received the item I ordered. It has been 35 days since I ordered. I did not need it within 30 days but the way my questions were answered made the whole process very suspicious. I just knew I would never see what I puchased. I don't like to throw money away. I suggest they work on their replies. Just let everyone know it will be a month because it is shipped from Netherlands. I would have known to wait but all the replies made me think this was a scam. I apologize for my emails but this could have been handles better with shipping problems from the start. I just kept hearing it was shipped and then it was in shipping, we have too many orders shipping is slow. I have not used the product so I will let you know. Kathy

I think this works really well on longer hair
I find that now my hair has grown longer, this styling brush is excellent and very easy to use. Found it a bit awkward at first on very short hair, but now it is great.

I love my Glowcept hot brush
I love my Glowcept hot brush, I take it with me to work & it heats up really quickly. I only use it on my fringe to straighten it & it works wonders, it doesn't make it flat but it gives a nice bounce to it - if that makes sense & the battery lasts ages. I would imagine if I was using it all over my hair it would give it a good lift but I have curly hair & I like to leave it natural. So if you are thinking of buying a hot brush I definitely would buy this one. 5 stars from me & the customer service & ordering are excellent.Pamela
