Good sized plug plants . Very happy

Having emailed you regarding a rose bought from you that had died and then once requested I emailed pictures. I have since heard nothing .
Also 9ne of my packages had an item missing . This was sent out when I telephoned . .
The plants are fine customer services not

I've had 2 different batches of wonderful, healthy, well developed plugs and young plants from this company this spring and can't recommend them highly enough. I knew exactly when to expect my deliveries, and the plants reached me (via Yodel) only 24 hours from being packed and leaving the nursery. The cardboard packaging cleverly minimizes any movement in transit, and hardly any plastic is used.

Orders were delivered in correct time frame and we received correct items.

Although we got a double in number at no extra cost - we lost most of the extra plants - we kept covered - tendered to them carefully - alas our skills were not good enough - perhaps we got them a bit too early - we did not tell seller.

Good quality plants always delivered in great condition

Plants were great but delivery service, not so good. Box was damaged and then the delivery had the box on its side to photograph it at the door, paying no attention to sign on box saying "this side up". Proof of this can be substantiated with photo they took.

Most of my delivery was a load of rubbish. I have spent a lot of money over the last few years. Over £60 this year never again.
I had a replacement agopanthos but am still waiting on replacement begonias.

All the plants died so im not very happy i transplanted them put them in a greenhouse . Sorry but just being honest i was very disappointed

These were 3 free plants that were not familiar to me so I will look forward to seeing them flower
They arrived in good condition but are being rather slow to grow om despite being potted up in good compost

I ordered some strawberry plants. They were sent to EVRI to deliver them. EVRI damaged them and I discovered from EVRI that they had been destroyed due to the damage. I was advised to contact gardening direct my self to arrange next steps. I emailed gardening direct a week ago and I have yet to receive an actual response. I have received daily promotional emails from them during this period and 3 AI powered holding emails informing me that they were delayed in responding to my query and that have not acknowledged my emails or addressed my concerns. Am deeply frustrated and want a refund but am hitting my head against a brick wall. Really terrible customer service.
EDIT: despite responding on here that they will look into this they still have not responded to my emails. My order number is OR15531759 if you really are looking into this.

Plants delivered on time. Excellent. All plants looking healthy.

The condition of the plants was 1st rate which is not always the case with mail order plug plants
