Hi Michael,
Thank you for your valuable feedback on your recent experience with The Garden Superstore. We're pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the value of our product. Providing top-quality gardening products at reasonable prices is a key focus for us, and it's great to know this aspect met your expectations.
We understand your concerns regarding the shipping costs. At The Garden Superstore, we strive to maintain a balance between offering competitive product pricing and the realities of shipping expenses. Please note that our shipping charges are applied at cost, with no additional markups, to ensure fairness and transparency in our pricing.
To show our appreciation for your business and to address your concerns, we have added $10 (1,000 points) worth of rewards points to your account. This means you now have a total of $20 available in rewards points to reduce the cost of your next order.
We hope this gesture demonstrates our commitment to your satisfaction and makes your next shopping experience with us even more rewarding. If you have any questions about how to redeem your points or any other inquiries, please feel free to contact us at 07 5454 8822.
