We have just had our bathroom renovation completed by Gardiner Haskins and designed by David Rodgers who was incredibly patient and helpful during the process from start to finish. David guided us through the options and helped us through to the final specification. I would highly recommend David and his team of professional installers Steve and Gary who made the whole process painless and they delivered our dream bathroom on time without any hitches.

Bathroom experience
Lucy gave excellent suggestions and advice on the modernisation of our bathroom.
The contractor she recommended for the installation was punctual, polite and tidy.
The job came in on budget and we are very happy with the end result.
I would recommend Gardiners .

The service from Anna was really good…
The service from Anna was really good and although Blue Flame their contractor did take longer than expected. The work was done to a really good stsndard, and they where very helpful.

Great kitchen design and service
Alec designed my kitchen and I couldn’t be more pleased. He really listened to what I wanted and designed my dream kitchen where other companies couldn’t give me what I wanted. The delivery, installation, flooring etc were all dealt with in a timely manner and I was kept informed. I am in love with my kitchen and it has transformed my house. Couldn’t be happier. Regarding the actual installation Paul and his team did an equally superb job in bringing Alec's designs to life.
The level of service, detail and being able to communicate was second to none.

I am so happy with our kitchen renovation by Alec.
From start to finish the experience was easy and hassle free. We had a small-ish space to work with but Alec nailed it, his design and suggestions for the kitchen layout to make use of space and what would work for us was second to none.
I’m so happy with our new kitchen and love everything about it. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Seath was very informative and helpful, We were offered coffee and tea and shown many materials for our settee to be.
The reality is we had visited many stores and found it very difficult to find anyone to engage with us and many lost a sale of 4k plus.
I highly recommend Gardeners at Broad Plain.

We received a personal service at the store which was very helpful but not pushy. Before visiting Gardiner Haskins I had visited several other stores selling chairs, and found GH to be a refreshing experience.

Just had a fabulous kitchen renovation by Gardiner Haskins. From start to finish the experience was so smooth and hassle free.
Excellent design and suggestions for kitchen layout and what would work for me by Alec Yull, his experience and knowledge has been invaluable.
I’m so happy with my new kitchen and love everything about it.
Full 5 stars to Alec and all the team that worked on my kitchen, nothing was ever too much trouble and I now have the kitchen that I’d dreamt about having for so long.

Bathroom renovation
We loved our experience with renovating our bathroom with Gardiner Haskins. They made the process simple, and Anna was amazing at creating a design from our descriptions and looking round the showroom. We didn't have an appointment for our first visit, but she made time for us and spent time understanding our wants and budget and managed to create the bathroom we were picturing in our heads. We took our time with the initial process, and we never felt rushed into proceeding so from beginning to end it was about 6 months, but that was definitely us taking our time. The process of getting everything ordered was smooth as it was all done by Anna, so we didn't need to organise any of it, which was nice to have that taken off our plate. The bathroom was delivered to Gardiners where they checked everything had been received before a week prior to installation they arranged for it then to be delivered to our house, which again was smooth and took the hassle away from us.
The installer recommended to us by Anna was lovely, turned up when he said he would, sought my input over design choices to make sure he was doing what we wanted and did an overall great job, he even came back out to fix a small issue, and was very open about letting him know about any snags that he could come fix, but it was just the one thing. There was one small snag with the design of our sink, and the counter needing to be cut which wasn't the neatest but overall, its worked out generally well and we love our new bathroom. We would not hesitate to go back to Gardiner Haskins to get our kitchen redone when the time comes as their service is phenomenal.

Two sofas are fine. Sales person could improve.
Two sofas are fine and we are pleased with them.
Paid £1k deposit. Paid £2k+ balance immediately on telephone delivery notice and payment request from Lynne. Had to follow up a couple of weeks later to request and obtain a final receipt which came with an error. Lynne was too lazy to correct this but rather high-lighted her error in accompanying email. What a shame.

Excellent bedroom department
We were provided with very helpful and friendly service when buying a bed and mattress. In addition, the delivery team were excellent and assembled the bed and removed the old one with no problems. Everyone we dealt with was very accommodating. Happy to recommend.
