Happened upon the Bristol branch of Gardiner Haskins, whilst trying out a multitude of new beds across the county.
Just by chance we stumbled upon a sofa that we immediately fell in love with, and placed an order there and then, putting the bed search on the back burner!
Monika couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. She insisted we spent as long as we wanted trying it out, and even went above and beyond making us coffees to drink whilst deciding to purchase.
The whole experience was very good, with no pressure at all, and we came away extremely happy with our purchase.
Monika kept us informed throughout the manufacturing and delivery process up until the day the sofa arrived.
The delivery men were also both efficient and friendly, removing all the delivery packaging and place the sofa just where we wanted it.
Overall, we were very happy with the personal service offered and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from the company again…..maybe the bed next time!!

Made appointment with Daisy Patto,bathroom designer She was very attentive to what we wanted.She designed a fantastic bathroom,made recommendations as to what would work.The whole process was great,and we have a fantastic bathroom.

We used Gardiner Haskins for our kitchen upgrade a couple of years ago in which they provided first class service and products. Therefore we returned to them for our recent en-suite refurbishment. Thankyou to Daisy our design consultant who provided a first class service during a lengthy process whilst we decided on the best design and product options. Daisy was very professional, creative and patient throughout. We are very pleased with the stunning result. Gardiner Haskins also dealt very promptly with a couple of supply issues we had. We highly recommend Gardiner Haskins, we will certainly return again for our next project.

Customer service this good is rare to find! I had an issue with a shower valve and bath taps ( manufacturer issue ) but Gardiner Haskins jumped all over it and got them replaced with no quibble! The communication from David and Loraine has been first class! This is a few years after I had my new bathroom designed and installed! Thank you

We just wanted to thank Daisy Patto for all her help with our new bathroom. The shape of our bathroom caused some design problems and Daisy was very helpful in overcoming this. We are really pleased with the end result.
It’s certainly nice to be able to look around a spacious showroom where you can actually see what is available. The staff were very pleasant and Loraine went out of her way to sort out a problem that cropped up.

Amazing Kitchens.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Alec Yull and the team at Gardiners. Absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish. Alec listened to our wants, needs, thoughts - worked with us to come up we a fabulous new kitchen design. His initial designs were perfect - he quickly worked with us to explain away any concerns and gave brilliant practical insight on good kitchen layout/design. We were delighted with the choices offered to us on colours, materials. Being able to go into a fully stocked showroom made final decisions much, much easier.

Alec also recommended a wonderful fitter Wayne Illes - who co-ordinated all the installation. Everything was very smooth and the couple of minor niggles were quickly sorted out between Wayne, Alec & the team.

Couldn't be happier. Happy to recommend to anyone. (will go back for bathrooms really soon)

I just wanted to thank Zoe Waller from Gardiner Haskins, Bristol. I have just placed the order for my new kitchen after a long time of decision making and numerous changes of mind. I never felt under any pressure.

Zoe couldn’t have been more helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Her attention to detail is exceptional. She guided me not only on the layout of the kitchen but also on choice of materials, colours etc. and I am grateful for her input. She clearly has a flair for interior design as well as kitchen design!

Zoe is project managing the installation and I am looking forward to the computer visuals coming to life in a few months time.

I would recommend speaking to Zoe if you are considering a new kitchen. She is generous with her time, professional and has the patience of a saint!

Fitted with meticulous detail by Tom Crompton at Branch Carpentry in Bristol. Images compare renders to final fit. Thank you we are really pleased with outcomes!

Easy city centre car park free

Ordered a bed which was delivered but it was so hard it was not fit for purpose and was not used
we rang to get it taken back and was told that Gardener Haskins will not give a full refund
Shame on you this was a very expensive bed

I saw an advert on page 13 of the March edition of the Bristol Magazine for Gardiner Haskins’ “stunning lighting” department in Bristol. As I am renovating my house I thought it could be worthwhile to drive to Bristol to look for inspiration. Imagine my surprise when I arrived, on Saturday 18th March, to be told that they didn’t have a lighting department!! At I very busy time, I had wasted a day. Pathetic. I will never use this shop again. They only got one star because there was no choice for none!

Very helpful staff in the soft furnishing dept in Cirencester where I recently had some curtains made. Sue went out of her way to make sure I got my curtains back in time for a family wedding. Thank you.

Unable to return a chair that was delivered at great expense. my elderly mothers feet didn’t touch the floor she immediately wanted to return but there was no compromise. Incredibly expensive chair that is now sat not being used in there small flat. Very unfortunate customer service with no compassion. Better advice should have been given if there was no option of return they should have advised at point of sale. I’m very upset with this service and sad to have to write a negative review. I’m happy for the store to contact me if they would like to rectify this issue but am not hopeful after our last dealings with the store. What a shame.

I would highly recommend their incredible customer service and product knowledge.
It was a pleasure doing business with them - just a shame we are based in North West London.
The whole ordering and delivery process was very straightforward.

In 2015 we purchased an expensive bespoke dream kitchen from Gardiner Haskins in Bristol. I have to say the service given at the time was excellent.
Moving on 5 years we noticed a problem with the door to the fridge where the top layer had began to come away. We contacted Gardiner and was told the manufacturer no longer does this door and that the damage was due to moisture egress so they wouldn’t cover that. No one has come out to see the door and I have told them that this is not moisture egress but a fault in the door. You can see a split it the outer layer at the join, but it is an easy solution for them just to say it’s water egress without examining the door. They don’t want to know. After sales service is poor and we are very disappointed after spending so much money out on a dream kitchen.

I phoned their Cirencester store to enquire about cooker hoods. I rang the department on thee different days and an average of six minutes waiting for my call to be answered.
I sent an email to them stating my complaint and have not had a reply.
When I visited the store five day’s later and looked at the electrical appliance section there was a representative talking to a customer. The mobile phone on the desk was ringing, staff were walking by and chatting in the back office but no one answered the phone. Customer Service ???!?!

Purchased a Wiemann wardrobe just before lockdown so obviously had a longer wait. I have to say how much is was worth the wait.
The wardrobe was flat packed and we were worried about the size of the room to build it, but couldn’t be more happier with the fact it arrived with the base intact so you build from the base. The quality and the price is amazing. If you need a wardrobe with plenty of storage, head over, they do different sizes too as well as other colours.

Ordered a hanging chair for garden, good customer service and quick delivery. Minor issue with small bit of damage, but all dealt with efficiently and quickly. Everyone I spoke to including delivery man were really polite and friendly. Thank you

After an issue with our Dimplex Opti-must Fire, that after contacting Dimplex, who only suggested replacing parts and more parts that we bought and still no joy, Gardiner Haskins came to our rescue. We can only say they were fantastic. If we could give them more stars, we would. We have bought a fair amount of items from the Bristol store, when they sold a lot more than they do now and have never had bad service. However, this time they outshone themselves. Thank you very much GH.
