I ordered 2 pairs of straps. They arrived quickly but I had ordered the wrong size and I also didn't like the colour.
I arranged to return and get a refund.
They replied straight away and told me when to expect a refund. They emailed me when they had refunded me.i can't fault their customer service.

I ordered some watch straps in mid December. By February there is no sign of fulflling the order. Emails enquiring the reason for taking my money and not delivering the goods have gone unanswered. Appalling customer service.
Ordered through Garmin website, but they quick to deny any responsibility for helping me out - so they are also accountable for this awful service

They said 4-9 business days with Royal Mail giving the impression it was UK shipping. Actually turned out to be 21 days from China (I still haven't received it so might be longer). I would avoid.

I ordered a watch strap which never arrived, an initial reply from “customer services” on a Saturday from Des, who then has not responded since.

I would avoid this website, there is no affiliation to Garmin (despite the look of the website) items are sourced from china and not to be of the quality expected

Checking status of my order 2&1/2 weeks after placing it to be told "we are preparing to dispatch, this should be in the next 48hrs"

Terrible cheap straps. Clip leather one for Fenix 7 did not attach, poor quality stitching.. Velcro strap poor quality, would pay no more than a couple of pound in a shop. AVOID. massively overprice products. Paid over £30 for two unusable straps

Product is een maand geleden aangekocht. Tot nu toe niets gezien. Tracking is niet mogelijk.

To be honest I would give this company less than one star if I could. I was told when I made my purchase that the delivery would be up to 9 days and that was over three weeks ago. I emailed them about this and the reply was less than satisfactory. I would absolutely not recommend this company and would advise you to shop elsewhere

Ordered 2 straps from this site. I read they aren't linked to garmin so I knew that but the website shows a London address with Royal Mail as their shipper so I ordered on 29th dec. I am still waiting for my order. Looking at the tracking I was shocked to see these are being shipped from China not the UK as the website makes out. And is currently sat somewhere (who knows where) If I had known this I absolutely would not have brought these. Very misleading and I will have waited nearly 3 weeks for them to arrive not the 4-9 days stated

Ordered my strap on 10th of December to be delivered within 7 to 10 days. Emailed 3 times to be told delivery issues. It arrived on 7th of January. I made the mistake and did.not read properly. This is not the garmin site. It is from China. I would not use them again.

Nearly lost watch as fell off from new strap and almost lost it under a train.
Bought a proper garmin strap now instead.
Very disappointing

Dreadful service - strap broke after a few months - no reply, completely ignored. DO NOT BUY

I have ordered a strap from this company before and did not have an issue, however, I purchased a strap from them again in July 2025 and in the beginning of December 2025 The strap had failed with the holes breaking. I ordered another strap on the 16th of December and it got delivered on the 1st of January 2026.

I did contact the business to say that a product of theirs failed. There was no reply from them at all.

Not a good way to treat a customer.

I ordered this strap for my Fenix S5 almost 2 months. Tbh I gave up on ever receiving it. But surprise surprise I arrived and I love it. I hated the strap that came with the watch and had to replace it 3 times. Took me forever getting it on and off to charge but this new is just great.

WARNING DON’T BUY!! Strap is yet to arrive said 3-9 business days so assumed it would be coming from somewhere in the uk to my address also in the uk but no it is shipped straight from china taking a very long time to arrive it has been 18 days and it says it will be another 8-12. Don’t know if the strap will be good but if I knew it was going to take this long I would of ordered one from Garmin direct.

Took 21 days to arrive rather than the 4 - 9 business days and was not an official manufacturers strap. They've obviously engineered the website very cleverly as I didn't realise. Would not recommend.

Was waiting for a parcel, for a Christmas present it didn't arrive. Even now into the new year, its still never came. I will never order from here again. Absolutely terrible service.

I love these straps!! Shipping is a little slow but worth the wait and value is incredible!! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely awful do not buy anything from this website! I ordered on 10th December it is now the 1st January and it still says it’s 13 days away! I have emailed to track and they just reply with the same email that it’s on its way! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Do not buy from here!
I still haven't recieved the products ordered a month ago, and I doubt I even will.
