Bought a gas barbacue for approx 550. After 1 Summer (3months) of use it was rusty in parts. I questioned this with the Company who found every excuse under thd sun not to replace or refund it. I would have been happy with a replacement. They blamed the Irish weather, living too close to the coast (Something I wasn't asked my location when taking my money) having it covered etc etc etc. They said there drops of water on it when I sent the photos, I explained as it was Sept I washed it down prior to putting it in storage for the Winter hence water drops on the barbacue and ground dry. Refused to accept my explanation.Bottom line ...we live in Ireland, it does rain! It is under a balcony when in use and I cover it when not in use (They said because it was new (how they can say that I dont know)and wasn't one of their covers they couldn't say that it worked efficiently as a cover!) I took all steps to ensure the barbacue was cared appropriately for but no respect from this Company. Just complete refusal to stand over their warranty, so not worth the paper its written on. Don't buy from them!!!! I will voice my disappointment and dissatisfaction at every opportunity.

Ended up with a game of email tennis over a £2 Nozzle!

Ordered a gas valve solenoid... arrived the next day.. wasn't expecting such a rapid delivery..
Meant I got paid for the weekend....lol....

Had to do a repair on very old gas burner and was pleased to see they had everything I needed. The price was also reasonable, much cheaper than changing the whole burner. I am happy to have found this company online. I also had to call them and found their salesperson to be helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend and use again. I would also say it's better to buy direct from their own Website, avoid the Amazon option, as tempting as it might be.

Please look at the price before buying on Amazon they add money on for delivery but it’s not on the point of sell buyers beware

part fitting delayed and the job eventually fell through. The unused item was accepted as a return outside of the 30 day limit

I was sent the wrong item and they won't send out the item I ordered and paid for until they receive the product they sent me by mistake. I have asked over and over to send out the product in the meantime but they have refused. I think this is very bad customer service when it was their mistake but I am the one without the product I ordered.

Also the sign off their emails from Calor Gas but have been told that they are a complete separate company.
They have now stopped responding DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Excellent company to deal with , I ordered the wrong water heater which was my mistake, they couldn’t have been more helpful and refunded me in a couple of days.

Purchased a Foker gas burner from this business and went rusty within 5 days they would not replace the item unless I sent back the faulty one for them to test via a gas safe engineer, I would have to wait for their findings and if they found no fault then I would be charged for collecting/ delivery .. I sent pics of rust and explained it wasn’t a gas issue but they would not budge .. be very careful when purchasing from this company that not only supply faulty goods but make it impossible to get a refund or replacement

after 8 days still no delivery and no ownership of the issue. no call or email with explantation. oh and the pbx system dumps you at 5pm when queuing and the office closes.

Really Disappointed to have to reach out here. Communication has been APPALLING. No response to emails or calls. It has been months since we received faulty products from Hamilton Gas Products shipped to Greek Tings Ltd. Originally it started by not using their 'friend' gas engineer Mark so the price skyrocketed by 50%. Not only that, they shipped us 2 leaking gas steel hoses, & gas regulators that were checked by a certified gas engineer. The company refuses to accept our return or a return for a refund as the products haven't even been used. They have refused to accept and check the products themselves. It is very dangerous to use LPG leaking products as all of you will know.

I strongly recommend everyone to be very cautious with their products. Very sketchy job they are doing and on top of that you can't even get your money back damaging upcoming companies!

I am a retired Corgi gas engineer, my boiler is a potterton diplomat 80btu fitted in 1980, last February 2024 it stopped working after running for about 6yrs without any problems. I ordered 2 HA386 replacement thermocouples
and fitted one, it worked until Christmas eve so I replaced it with the 2nd one which failed this morning, total cost was £12.68

This morning the day after my review I received a telephone call from Alan at Hamiltons, His company was very concerned about my problem to the extent that they had decided to refund the cost of my purchase, for which I am very grateful.
This is obviously a company that strides to please all of its customers -- FIRST CLASS.

Customer service is excellent.
Product arrived quickly and is exactly as seen in advertisement and what I wanted.

Ordered fire online and payment was shown as rejected on website so rang and placed order via phone, the company confirmed a glitch had prevented payment
Following day checked account and 2 payments had been taken for one item , this company cancelled the order when they saw a double order but didn’t bother informing me.
Be wary when ordering online through this lot.
