Deo the salesman was polite, pleasant and genuinely wanted to do the best for us. The price was very competitive and they identified an error in the patio door's construction so the fitted this as a temporary measure, only to supply and fit a more accurate one a week later. The men who fitted it were thankfully not subcontractors as we're been stung before on this, but they were helpful, tidy and efficient. I am delighted with all aspects from supply to fitting and would happily recommend Bluemanor Windows.

They clearly feel it's acceptable to block access to other properties, using one of their large vans parked in the access road as a work area! No apology. Grudgingly moved.

In reply to the companies response, the vehicle had been there for some time and was being used as a workplace for cutting and trimming timber. It was not "stopped briefly to unload materials". When I asked them to clear our roadway the person cutting some timber on the back of the vehicle with a circular saw stopped and said "You want us to move now". The fact that they deemed it approriate and acceptable to block road access to another property for their convenience for ease of working confirms that they were anything but "professional".

A great family company.
I first had Bluemanor fit a new front door for me and they did an excelent job. Later I have to get some double glazed french doors replaced because of a poor job another installed did a number of years back. Bluemanor also did an excellent job their fitters were polite, turned up on time and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Bluemanor Windows for all your windows and doors. I forgot to mention their products are also very high quality at a reasonable cost.

Bluemanor Windows did an exceptional job with my order. From the beginning when we liaised with them we knew we were in the right hands. They was superb, showed us the windows in person and was always on hand to answer our questions. When the windows were fitted, our installers were again, superb. Did a fantastic job, fighting the heat with minimal fuss or issues. The windows were installed perfectly with zero mess left to the frames, ledges or walls. New windows and back door
We had Deo quote for new windows and back door. Our old windows were timber framed and not the usual size. He was extremely helpful discussing different frame styles and openings.
He recommended we hold off replacing our front door until we have finished our house renovation. Which made perfect sense as we still have trades coming and going. This shows as a local company they really focus on customer satisfaction over sales.
We ordered 12 windows and back door and all have been installed and look lovey. The whole process was really easy with great communication throughout. Fitters were again lovely guys and gave advice taking pride in their work.
Site was left clean and tidy we have been really impressed with the service throughout.
