Speedy dispatch of a new locking mechanism that has solved my clunky upvc door. Easy to install and works perfectly fine 😊

Information on website was clear and presise, items ordered and delivered next day. Fitted wiht no issues. Excellent service.

Found the product I needed and at a great price.

Wide range of products at competitive pricing.
Very simple transaction, quick delivery.

Excellent quality item super quick delivery

Well described on website. Super quick delivery. No complaints

Very helpful in identifying door gearbox required as I had no idea which one was needed. Saved me a lot of money as quoted £260 from a lock smith to supply and fit gearbox.

The item I ordered arrived in 2 days, which was fine but I wanted to purchase additional items and tried to use the on line chat. Unfortunately nobody answered and I was forced to place the order without additional items. Rather frustrating, I did get an email apology but it was too late to make a difference.

UPDATE: I'm impressed that they obviously do care about their customers and I have received emails from a Director offering help and advice and explaining what went wrong. Thank you for taking the trouble.

I was looking for an old upvc door mechanism/gearbox. Sent an email with pics and dims to technical support and had a reply from Taylor explaining that the model I had was discontinued and advised a suitable replacement. I sent many emails asking questions and Taylor responded quickly and with good information. Based on the service Taylor gave, I ordered the part I needed along with other items. Great service!

Great product, great service and very quick delivery.
