Today my entire transaction was…

Today my entire transaction was completed. Based on their offered deals after my first order, I placed nine orders for my business since July 12th and everything went very well. Genuine goods, Best Customer support by James and never ending deals.

Their last 3 deliveries took longer than given anticipated dates but even multiple dates to get the deliveries which was a bit frustrating part in this entire deal but I have had their experience, so I wasn't worried about my large paid amount.

Live chat and emails are always responded so quickly which makes me relaxed.

Overall, great savings, genuine business and recommended to everyone who is not in a hurry.

The deal from GearClix was the best available. Although despatch was a little slow, the updates kept me informed and when it arrived it was really well packed

Ordered 29th of September Still Waiting
I ordered a lens and I've been given numerous delivery dates one after another and no delivery company have received the parcel to deliver!
It is now 43 days and I am no further forward, it seems like they only respond once you leave feedback on Trustpilot so I will see if this works.
It is Now 50 days and having received another bogus email stating I would get an email delivery date and it would be delivered today 18/11/2025, I decided to cancel my order, which they accepted and I have just received an Email saying that I will get a full refund in up to 10 days.
I got my money back 20/11/2025, 52 days since my original order date and can now buy from a more trustworthy dealer.

TG7 good value I am delighted

I am delighted with my cameras now I have finally received them. They were everything as promised and very good value for money. The only complaint I have is delivery date it took 5 weeks and I think maybe Gearclix should be a bit more honest about this, I would still have purchased them.

Is this company a scam?

I ordered two cameras over a month ago, expecting to get them in 7-10 days as it said on the website. When I contact them I get a shipping number first with the PO and then FedEx, neither company has any details. Is the company a scam?

A Royal Mail tracker/date that doesn't budge & empty promises

As per earlier reviews, promised dates came and passed, more came through. This week i got an email, at last, from James telling me the order was on its way and he sent a Royal Mail tracker #.
However, this hasn't budged in more than a week.

Imagine my surprise, yesterday when RM knock at my door and hand me a large box with "glass" "fragile" on it!!!! Frantically, I open the box.......

It's a vase, that my wife ordered.... !!!!

I have 0 trust in this company. They could play it a lot more professionally and simply tell people, to save huge wads of cash it's a waiting game, and give a realistic deliv time of approx 4-5 weeks- for these savings you can probably wait or plan with e.g. trading in gear. I ordered on 30th Sept, instructed Mastercard to chase the 1.1K and I got it back this week.
Off to Cotswolds cameras who delivered my z8 on the day they said they would.

Just wish I'd not sold my d850 and sigma telephoto a month ago as I've been unable to take wildlife photos. You live and learn. If you do insist on using these and need to part ex with e.g. MPB, hold on to your gear as much as you can!

My camera is missing from my order.

I researched the company thoroughly, and I even checked the business on the Companies House website for information in case anything went wrong.

It seems that most orders take approximately 4 weeks to arrive and the staff on hand, "James", are always available to help wth any queries.

So, I decided to purchase £5,828.20 worth of equipment from GearClix. A serious amount of Canon premium photography and video gear. and expected to take delivery in around 4 weeks, going off other people's experiences and NOT what the website leads you to believe. It seems that in few, if any, cases the customer receives their order in the 2-week timeframe the website suggests.

I placed my order, and the funds were taken immediately, as you would expect with any other website. I received my email order confirmation with the estimated delivery window and nothing else.

I waited three weeks before reaching out to customer service to inquire about an estimated delivery date. 24ish hours later, I received a response from "James" that my order would be shipped on the 13th of October and delivered on the 15th of October.

I waited until the 14th and had yet to receive any shipping notifications or delivery instructions from FedEx. I reached out to "James" and asked if he thought I would receive my order the following day.
24 hours later, I received a response that my order would be shipped on the 17th of October and delivered on the 22nd.

I waited and reached out on the 17th to ask for the tracking information ahead of my delivery on the 22nd. 24 hours later, I was told there was an incident at the Hong Kong airport and my order would be delivered on the 24th of October.

I thanked "James" for their transparency on this and that if there were any further delays, please could I be notified, as I will need the equipment for planned shoots.

On the 22nd, I received a shipping notification from both Gear Clix and FedEx stating I would receive my order on the 24th of October with an estimated window. This was all accurate, and I did receive a parcel on the 24th.

When the FedEx delivery driver was holding my parcel, I could already tell the box was too small to house a camera unit and two lenses. I asked the driver if it was just the one parcel, and he confirmed it was the only one he had for this address. I opened my delivery and, true to the order, I had two brand new Canon RF lenses. Unopened and in packed well.

However, my order did NOT contain the most expensive part of my order, the £3,345 camera unit I'd ordered and purchased with the two lenses.
After researching the combined weights, the shipping weights, and the delivery history. The camera unit was never shipped with the two lenses.

Needless to say, I got onto Gear Clix with this information, sent a video and photos of the delivery, and requested information on where my camera unit was.

Two days later, I got an email response from "James" saying he would get the update about my camera by noon the following day. Noon passed with no update. I reached out again, expressing my concern and demanding to know where my camera was.

A few hours later, I received a response and was told the camera would be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday this week (29th/30th), and tracking information will be shared once it's shipped.

It is now Thursday, the 30th. I have reached out and not received any further contact from "James" after requesting a refund. I have no tracking information for the missing camera and have had no deliveries since the two lenses.

Today, I am opening a case with my credit card company to seek a refund for the missing camera unit and to advise other prospective buyers to use more reliable transparent companies, such as e-inf and Pana.

I wanted to trust this company and believe that it was just teething problems, as they have not been trading for long. However, this is not the case. I have been lied to at every turn, I am left without the most expensive item from my order and have no information on what has happened to it or if I have been robbed.

My advice is that it's more hassle than it's worth to save a little bit of money.

Everything looks fine, communication with the staff is also not bad, the only thing that could be shorter is the waiting time for the shipment, I received the package 5 weeks after placing the order.

Totally useless

Totally useless - Forget phone number, answer phone, when they did reply they gave me duff delivery date, I would suggest you don’t waste your time or money with this poor company. put a claim in with finance company, sadly just wasters who take the money and don't have the stock.

Liars and potential scammers.

I'm now on my 3rd estimated delivery date for the camera that I paid over £1000 for. They have lied multiple times and are now saying that there was an "unfortunate incident" in Hong Kong and that my delivery was stopped but assure me that it will be with me this week. They have refused however to provide me with any actual tracking information to prove this so I do not believe that it was ever shipped in the first place. They will also ignore any communication for days at a time. My first email to confirm my item was in stock and would be delivered on time was ignored for a week. These are not the actions of a legitimate business and I would seriously question the legitimacy of any positive reviews posted here before you consider ordering from them.

Absolute rubbish and scam!!!
Ordered with this company at least 39 days ago, payment taken the very same day. No delivery, phone never responds. The only person that responds via chat filled us with empty promises and lies each day, pushing and pushing the delivery date until our patience was over and we decided to get our money back from the bank. Couple of weeks later they had the audacity to challenge the bank dispute??? Knowing that they never sent us the product?
Everybody has been warned!

This website is legit

This website is legit, although their shipping process is a lot of smoke and mirrors. Ordered a Sony FX3 as it was significantly cheaper than anywhere else I could find.

I was told a shipping date of 2 weeks - 2 weeks in I received a RoyalMail tracking code that did not update for another week. When I enquired what the delay was, I was told it would arrive the following week.

Skip to another 2 weeks and several unanswered emails later, I was finally given a new shipping date and tracking via FedEx... shipping from... you guessed it... CHINA!

Camera arrived on the date the FedEx tracking said it would, the product is legit and I am happy with it.

In all, if I was told at the start of the order that it would be coming from China, would take a month and wasn't given decoy RoyalMail tracking codes and continuously lied to - this would've been a far less stressful experience.

The savings made are worth the month+ shipping time, but I wish I was told this at the start so I could've planned my filming work around this.

The delay led to me spending over £700 in rental gear.

Great Price and Product, Slow Shipping

I was originally skeptical about the company's legitimacy. which was heightened after the order was not shipped in the times their shipping policy states with no communication. I reached out to James, who effectively communicated when it will arrive buy and gave me the option of a full refund. It arrived before the new proposed date and I am very happy with the product. I will defnitely use Gearclix again.

Great experience all-round!

Great experience all-round. I expected it to take around 3-4 weeks, which I think is a fair exchange for the savings to be had. Took exactly 4 weeks, arrived as expected in a brand new box in perfect condition. I didn't get a tracking number until the final week, which would be my only point to improve upon. I'd recommend this company if you have a little patience and love making a saving!

I bought a Canon r6 mark 2 from GearClix and was very happy with the service and the camera. It took 20 days to arrive as was stated when I bought it so I was expecting that. I was kept updated on delivery details. I did have a slight issue in that the charger was not for the uk but James offered me a refund on that. His response was quick and professional. The camera is great. I'm the 4th person from our photography group to buy from gearclix and all of us have had a positive experience. Their prices are excellent.
