Generator Warehouse Avaliações

Very happy customer, I had direct contact with a real person to sort out delivery (to Northern Ireland) immediately after ordering. They couldn't have been more helpful.

Exceptional customer service. All my questions about the generator were answered in a friendly and professional manner by Michaela. Free next day delivery was available but they delivered a day later at my request. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Excellent service and prompt delivery of Honda generator and best value.

Member of staff, Micheal, made things work for us and went above and beyond when she noticed that our payment hadn't finalised.
This enabled us to get the generator for our trip.

Excellent communications, fast safe delivery
Did everything that they said they would.
Will definitely buy from them again.

Fast delivery
Great seller

Arrived on time, good communication with the company , worked perfectly for camping

Good stock, fast delivery and great communication from Generator Warehouse. Would use them again.

Clear descriptions and specs of models available along with items related that may be useful e.g. fuel additive and oil etc. Good communication about delivery and best of all an actual human being at the end of the phone who knew that the driver was out of hours and the delivery would be rescheduled. Good to deal with, thanks. J.P.

Great staff, They actively looked to save me a small amount of money on postage which could have easily gone over looked. My generator arrived as promised the next day. For me that goes along way, well done Michaela and team and thankyou !

Excellent fast communication good technical knowledge will but again from them

I am still waiting for my generator

I've never dealt with this company before, but they had what I wanted at a good price, so I ordered latish on Wednesday. Next morning I received an email thanking me for my order and stating that the goods would be despatched that day, which they were. Can't ask for more than that really!

Very good 5 star

Never even had the Honda Generator and its still with APC who never even delivered it next day...When i asked for a refund they are saying when they get it back from APC....What is this to do with my refund...

Update to this is ive still not received my refund even though APC has put this generator down as a return with tracking number provided

We have just been on the phone to Generator warehouse and they have put the phone down twice and the 3 rd time we asked to speak to the manager who is saying we are arguing with them and they need to see if the package comes back from APC unopened which we have not even touched....They have had the money since the 18th of this month...No refund has been forthcoming which is £1065 ..

This is becoming a criminal matter....They have tracking from APC saying its a return

Update I have just checked the tracking generator warehouse gave me from APC and it says they had the generator back yesterday...I have gave generator warehouse 14 days to refund me then i will start a claim at the small claims court
