I have used this dental practice for a number of years for checkups and hygiene work, and they are well organised, efficient, attentive and caring.

I wasn't looking forward to my latest treatment of an active deep gum clean and subsequent hygiene care. I shouldn't have worried at all.

The initial consultation with Dr Mish was comprehensive and informative and the scan to determine the work to be done was completely painless.

The active disinfection phase where they deep clean your gums around the teeth was split into two, which made it completely manageable. Whilst you are conscience that rectification work is being done, a little bit more intrusive than a standard clean, it's absolutely fine, and your gums feel much better after. Dr Mish did a great job.

The subsequent hygiene care is completely standard but important to consolidate the work done on the active disinfection. As always, Aziz does a great job.

It is important to get into the routine of using the inter dental brushes on your teeth alongside the standard electric toothbrush. It takes a while to get used to to it, when you start but quickly becomes efficient and quick.
It avoids the need for a further deep clean!

Bottom line. If you are advised you need a deep gum clean, don't put it off. You will feel much better with heathy gums and the process to get there is really worth it.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this practise. I’ve been with them for years and Iain and Karen are just the best ones and always put me at ease - professional, pain free visits every single time- without the fail.

This was my 2nd treatment and it was very good. I was amazed at how my mouth felt so light from the 1st treatment and now having the 2nd side done, my mouth feels refreshed. Healing quicker.
Team were very informative and I felt so at ease in their care, no nerves.

I don’t remember the name of the dentist but I think is Alman he looks like Indian or Paquistanês ethnicity . I had two problems , the crown fell off as well , I was in severe pain ,cause I was grinding my teeth, even though I asked him to stop touching the back of my jaw cause it was very painful he kept poking the same place , so insensitive and the way he communicate is very rude. After he lifted the chair, and I had to ask him to put a filling to protect the area. as the crown did not fit anymore . In a previous appointment I was attended by Dentist Emily not friendly either . The only person with excellent manners and professionalism was the receptionist Sky .
I will never go back to this practice again luckily I found a wonderful dentist in an another practice .

I wish I could give a rate of zero to Gentle Dental clinic's dental hygienist named B. I never ever had such an unprofessional experience with any other dental hygienist for my dental cleanings in the past. I felt like I was deceived by her conduct and am wondering what kind of training she had as a dental hygienist. She was reluctant to clean my teeth properly, did not care about my teeth sensitivity and skipped dental polishing. She was treating me aggressively, giving me the impression that I was no body and she was fully in charge! However, I was charged $199.00 by the front desk staff!! I do not recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

My lovely dentist is so kind and caring. She doesn't carry out any unnecessary work and she remembered where I had gone on holiday. Very impressive personal service.
The hygienist treated me as an individual, took time to engage with me and check my general health. She was very gentle and attentive throughout and gave appropriate advice for future dental care. Very satisfied with the service including efficient receptionists who provide timely reminders of appointments.

The most clean, relaxing, friendly dental practise I've been too. Used to be a patient here a few years back. As soon as you walk through the door your put at ease by the friendly staff. The dentist explains everything so you can understand and is more than happy to explain if there's something you don't understand. I was expecting to walk away with a dental plan costing £1000's but I didn't. I'm more than happy with £2100 and it's not payable in 1 go, you pay as your treated. Actually looking forward to my next appointment and get the ball rolling.

I had an emergency as I was in so much pain with my wisdom tooth I called for an appointment at 8am and I got one by 11:20 the same morning to see the dentist. The service was excellent

I am a very nervous patient. Dr Emily was very understanding and very calming. From start to finish I really felt her care and compassion.

Made me feel comfortable as it was my 1st time visiting the dentists.
I also received a children’s gift pack which was great.

Appointment was arranged very quickly (within 36hrs) and all the staff at the Whitehorse Rd location were welcoming and professional. The work carried out (to fix a gold crown that had become detached) has been of a high standard, and fingers crossed will be long-lasting (am writing this review just 5 days after my visit, so ...). Am happy enough with everything that I have made a follow up appointment for the autumn.

Dr Anar is an excellent dentist. She has a kind ‘chair-side manner’ when performing procedures, putting myself and my children at ease. However, the real value she adds to the service is her encyclopaedic knowledge of dental and gum health and its wider impact on good health and well-being. She takes obvious pride in her professional knowledge and clearly keeps abreast of clinical developments in her field, to give up-to-date advice that benefits the wider health of me and my family. This holistic approach is welcome and reassuring.
