I have so many mixed points that I feel the need to write about for other customers about the cat pheromone collars. First of all I have a Bengal cat and there's no doubt that the first collar I put on him has calmed him down and even made him less aggressive. This is a great thing obviously and even with his cat run outside, he seems less nervous when other cats are about.

Now what has annoyed me about this company that I saw constantly advertised on social media, is that the 'quick and insured delivery' is strange considering the product has been shipped from China and took quite a while. I kept getting a message saying 'be patient'

Another important thing that I don't think people realise, is that you may unknowingly SUBSCRIBE to receive future products from Gentle Paws Supplies. When I checked my product regarding the collars, I was informed that I had to buy at least another 2 products before ending the subscription.

My summary is the collar seems great but I don't like the compulsory subscription as well as the fact that we are lead to believe the products are provided from a local warehouse.

It didn't quite last 30 days - my cat peed on our shower mat about 3 weeks into it

We have 2 siamese both 4 years old and have been neutered. One of them perfectly normal and the other one is wild and has spraying issues. We have been and will continue to use the collars. Any help or advice will be appreciated.

Found two stray kittens. Got them neutered and about two days after one started peeing on my bed, blankets and rugs. Took him to the vet. They said he had cystitis but most likely behavioral issues. Great!!!I bought the wall plug ins that they recommended. He still had oopsies. Saw an advertisement for the collars so I decided to try. Well all I have to say is that he has not peed once outside of his box since he’s been wearing the collar.

I’ve had really good success with these calming collars. I have 9 cats, all different ages, temperaments, habits. But they all seemed to get along until last November 2025. There was a lot of anxiety type aggression, urinating and pooping right out in the open instead of their litter boxes ( they have 10!). Little fights here and there, growling, hissing and hiding. I use Feliway ( I have 6-7 diffusers through out the house) still, but after 1 month of using these collars on my 6 problem children 🙀… they began to get back to their normal calm friendly behavior. The peeing stopped. That was the worst. So now my house smells fresh. I’m not scrubbing carpet or washing throw pillows or bedding constantly. They play with each other. They sleep together. They are all my sweet babies again. I’m going on my 4th month of the auto ship subscription and for the price it has been so worth it. The cats don’t mind the collars either, like they usually would. They are very light, soft and flexible and the scent is pleasant and not overpowering or medicinal smelling. The Gentle Paws collars gave me back my happy feline family.

Feline cat collar to reduce stress and tension between cats has calmed all three of my cats down dramatically. One cat still has some outburst of chasing and lunging, but for the most part he has come out of his shell become more loving wants more attention. All the other cats are doing the same so this definitely helps.

I have 6 cats (not by choice.. my house says: sucker drop them off here..and I live in the country) ages range from 17 yrs old to 1yr old, only 2 are males..My 7 yr old male is the one stressed and tinkling in the others beds... it is significantly less now and he seems way more calmer...for that I am thankful!! I have only been using them for a month and half...Hoping he eventually stops!! We shall see!! Thank you!!

Having used Calming collars before with marginal impact I was skeptical but after reading about Gentle Paws having additional pheromones similar to a mother cat I decided to give it a try. We are fostering a 10 year old female who just could not fully relax. After four months she wasn't unhappy with us but she wasn’t having the quality of life we wanted her to have. After a few days with her new collar she was upside down on the couch waiting for belly rubs, chatting away at meal times and nose nuzzling of her own volition. Great product!

Bought the collars for my three cats. After two weeks, the fighting and hissing has stopped. There is still some spraying and I'm hoping the second lot of collars will work in time to stop the spraying. We will see!

Easy to use, and my cat was so more relaxed after i put the collar on her. She also loved the silvervine chews.

I was hoping the collar would help my Meatball stop peeing outside the litter box. It hasnt helped with that. However, he is more confident around my bully cat and is more loving towards me. Much more loving. I think it helps him overall be calmer. Hes also better with his nail trimmings. I think I will keep up with the collars. This has been much more improvement than any of those crap pheromone plug ins.

I was all ready to purchase based on the “NO HASSLE RETURN” till I read the reviews and THEN went to the actually look at the return policy which you must click TO SEE! It isn't like shown in the cute little description circle in the main advertising that promise FULL NO HASSLE RETURNS. You cannot have opened or used it in order to get a refund! Original unopened package within 30 days! It is shameful for a company to mislead people. The product is very expensive, if it really works and your a company with integrity, why mislead people?

So the company responded with a half response that ignored my concern, the page itself misleads you! You have to actually go in and read the fine print the main page does Not give specifics!!!! WHY WOULD I PAY $30 for 1 collar if your companies response to criticism is still only empty promises. Saying you’ll respond if I’m unhappy is not mean anything when you will just fall back on the 30 day guarantee that is only explained if you can find the fine print!!

What a difference these collars made with my quarrelsome kitties !!!! Life is so much better than before , I’m happy , kitties are happy !!

Best product ever. This collar stopped our cat from peeing inside almost immediately. I am a regular customer now for life so please never stop making this product 😊

I was very skeptical at first. I really didn’t think these collars would work. I have two cats that no matter what will hiss and wap each other if they are close. One has had a peeing issue for a while despite getting a clean bill of health from the vet. She is just very territorial. I really didn’t want to put them on meds, so I tried these collars. It took a couple of days and although not 100% perfect, they are so much better it is actually unbelievable. Plus they don’t mind wearing there collars which I also didn’t think they would tolerate well. I would recommend and I will be purchasing more in the future.

I purchased based on the 30-day “no questions asked” guarantee, but that wasn’t my experience.

The product didn’t work for my cats, and when I reached out, I was told refunds only apply if items are unopened due to “hygiene reasons.” This wasn’t clearly communicated upfront and contradicts the expectation set by their guarantee.

I followed up to resolve this and didn’t receive a response.

Just something to be aware of before purchasing.
