Gentry started managing my ads about six months ago and I am more than happy with Albert's professionalism and his attention to detail on not just the ads but to my site as well. I had been burnt by a few agencies before Albert, but his commission model made it a no brainer for me. I would highly recommend to at least book a call with him as even if you dont end up working together, i got more of an understanding from him about my ads in that first call than i had out of the full service term of my past two marketers combined.

Had a call. Gave access to accounts and stats. Had to chase. Told he couldn’t help. Turns out that he hadn’t even looked at the Google stats. No thanks. Not interested in working with someone with such poor comms and lack of care or attention to details.

I've been looking for a media/agency partner for my ecom-business. I've lost track of the amount of sessions that I've done. This was the first time a 1st meeting session actually made sense. He took his time and looked at my numbers with me, we could have a discussion about plausible next steps. It was a great experience that actually gave value. Most other agencies I've met have been in this type of sales mode where they want me to envision my bright future and how perfect it all could be.
I'm looking for help as I have some problems that need fixing, I'm not looking for a mind-set-doctor. I'm looking for someone who understands e-com, advertising, conversion and who can crunch the numbers, make the analysis and stake out an action plan.
He nailed all this in 30 minutes, despite me rambling and beeing hardly coherent in what I was saying.
And in the end, instead of trying to push in a sale just to get a deal, he actually backed down, gave me some pointers and we decided on a future date when me and my business would be more ready to actually benefit and get value from a collaboration.

Thank you to Albert for working out the issue I was having with my Facebook Marketing campaign. Prior to working with him in February I was struggling to make a 1X Return on my adspend with my clothing store myself. He was able to explain to me the reason for that which was down to the type of ad creative I was using not being strong enough. And then on a Performance basis, he was able to turn it around and after only a month we have been averaging a 2.5X.
I highly recommend reaching out to him, he is extremely genuine, knowledgeable and even if you don’t decide to work with him, you can learn a hell of a lot just from 1 call with him.

I worked with Albert for 2 months. His advertisement campaign consists in only one carousel with a text. No creativity at all. Almost every time, I had to chase him even just to get an answer. He showed almost no interest to build a partnership. His claim of the money back guarantee is not true. He did not want ti give me even 1 Pound back.

I started working with Gentry Media in late February this year as I wanted to start pushing my online sales with my gymwear brand as margins were pretty tight whilst we were selling in retail. Now after 6 months we have doubled our monthly revenue all through online sales, whilst maintaining a high ROAS of 4-5X. I would highly recommend working with Albert or at least talking to him and having him to look at your store and current ad strategies because I can assure you, he will know how to get your business to the next level.

Gentry Media did a great job helping me work out why I was unable to hit consistent sales. Albert audited my site and accounts to find the drop-off point and we progressed to fix that. Now, my revenue has gone from below £500 a month to over £3000 per month with around a 3x return on my marketing spend.
