The guys that came and delivered and installed the hot tubs was so lovely. They made the whole thing stress free and explained exactly how we use it and set it up for our first go. The hot tub itself is absolutely brilliant,, especially when it is just me in the tub and I can use the diverters to put more pressure on my body, explained how you do that which I did not even know was possible but it makes so much of a difference when I use it on my own when the Kids and my husband is at work. All part of my guilty pleasure!

I got the hekla indoor 130 I think it is. it looked so gd in the pictures but it looks even better in our home! I have started to use it just before I go to bed and my sleep has improved so much. It has different lighting in it which i am not really sure what it does but it does seems quite relaxing. It is become a part of our routine and we absolutely love it. very high quality product and looks just as gd as the pictures

The absolutely Love our Chill tub. It was really my husband That wanted it after the training but i Think I use it more than him now after the Sauna sessions in the garden. Delivery was great and so was the support. Thank you Steam & Oak, We will definitely buy again if we need to.

We got a new sauna barrel, I was not sure if I should get a cube or the round barrel. I read the blogs they have which were really Useful and decided on the barrel. We were tempted with gas but we already had the electricss in place so stayed with that. Glad we went with the bigger one as we both get to lie down, its s o nice having one in the garden instead of doing it in the gym. Installation and Communication were good with no issues they were a Little earlyer than they said but it was not a problem. Thanks

After 5 Years our Sauna heater Finally gave up the ghost.. We were going to go with the Harvia again it worked so well but we saw this new gas heater insteadss. It was a bit of risk as it cost more as we already have the electrics in place, but it has been worth it. It gets so so much hotter and quicker. It gives a hotter but more comfortable sauna experience probably because it burns with gas. Its given our barrel a new lease of life. We love it.

Beware, you do have to make some vents, for the air to come in and out but it wasnot that tricky to do, the instructions were pretty clear. Really good choice in the end.

Totally new to Saunas,, so I went with the Bella 1 Infrared. It works Really well and was reasonable to put together. In hindsight I should have gone with the bigger Bella 2 but this works pretty well for now. Easy to use and set up...Recommended

We Finally decided to get a SWIM SPA after alot of back anf forth between Companies We decided on the Titan with Steam and Oak. to be honest we really did not know what we were doing but the customer service was so helpful....they told us what we needed to ask for for the base from the builders and also for the electrician. we were nervous about the CRane and booking it, but they helped with that too. Once in place they explained how it is used and what we needed to do to look after it. We r really GYM people , so prefer to swim and this suits us really well. Really pleased we finally did it.

Customer Service was Brilliant with us,, they helped us pick our 1st hot TUB which was great as well knew nothing about them!! Got the one with 2 Loungers in the end, gd decision thinking about it now.. the 2 GUYS that came to install it were really nice, they set it all up and showed us how to use it and how to look after it.

After a lengthy Search for the best Supplier, We were really pleased To purchase a Steam Sauna from the guys at Steam & Oak. no one was pushy in helping us with our decision;; they just helped with anything we asked Via Whats**. When it arrived, it arrived when promised and the Wood quality and Craftsmanship were Outstanding!! Since, We received it, WE have been using it about 3 Nights per week and it has really become our number 1 way to RELAX after Work. they provided Excellent Service from start to finish
