Ordered a windscreen seal for my van, one ordered was wrong size, rang Genuine Motors, spoke to Dennis, who, with no fuss or bother put an exchange seal in the post for me that day. Recieved it this morning. Thank you Dennis.

ordered a boot seal, it was wrong. they tried to say it was correct when it wasnt.
after service terrible, cannot contact them easily, was told to send it back. did that, havent had a refund and have also been ignored when trying to resolve issue.

Its easy to be scepticle for non OEM Parts however as they stated not the cheapest but with metal reinforcement that mimicked the original I removed.

Having cleaned up the rear door, a little WD-40. Silicone spray and a no russ attitude this resulted in a most satisfactory fit and as good as any OEM part.

Great door aperture seal at a great price. Original one sent out was 2 inches short. I contacted them with a photo of the issue and Yun responded by apologising and sending out a longer one the very same day. First class service. Great communication and very helpful instruction. 100% happy with the new seals. I had to order more seal from them as I did not follow their instructions the first time and the seal did not stick. I should have heated the metal with a heat gun or hairdryer, I will do next time.

Replacement door seal for my VW T5 was useless, did not fit and was nothing like the original component it was supposed to replace, had to throw it away.
