I always felt informed and supported. The guidance was clear, and the process was manageable.

I visited twice. The first time, I asked for hydration and a B complex. I was informed that all IVs include hydration as a base. It worked wonderfully, after almost two years of not being able to walk without crashing, I managed 20,000 steps in one weekend without any issues.

The second time, I asked for the same treatment plus magnesium. However, I was charged for each component individually, so I was effectively overcharged and underdelivered. I was expecting vitamin C to be included, but oddly, I ended up paying more for something that offered less.

A decision was made for me rather than by me, yet I was the one who had to pay for it. When I pointed this out to the member of staff, I didn’t even receive an apology.

I don’t want to go ballistic on the staff, they are very young, and it shows that they are inexperienced. However, a bit more transparency and critical thinking would go a long way.

Everything about the service feels carefully planned. The onboarding process was simple, and the consultation was informative without being overwhelming. I appreciated the time taken to explain things properly.

The team has been supportive and responsive throughout, and the overall experience has been smooth. Progress has been steady, and I feel confident continuing with the programme.

i dont usually write reviews but i want share my experience. first time using this type service so i had no idea how things work. starting was confusing and i almost quit but then i give more time. support team answer my questions but not always quick. slowly i understand everything better. results come after some time not instantly but i can see slight improvement.

It’s not fun when someone is talking the whole time next to your chair when you’re trying to relax, I’ve never heard anyone talk so much in my entire life. And the staff did nothing to fix that I complained twice. Completely ruined my first visit. My brain will take hours to recover.

The service strikes a good balance between professional care and convenience. Everything is easy to manage, and the process doesn't feel complicated. The team is friendly and helpful, and communication has been clear.

I appreciate the realistic expectations that were set from the start. Process has been steady, and the overall experience has been positive and reassuring.

I read some reviews before trying this so i think maybe good maybe not. after joining process was very confusing to start. i had to ask support few times but they respond, but sometimes very late so I carry on. after some weeks I noticed some difference. not so big but still something so I keep on doing it.

The staff are very friendly, and they found my details quickly as I’d been once before. I’m going to make it a regular occurrence for B12 as I have a blood condition which means I use it up quickly. I could tell they were properly trained and efficient. Lots of other drips and injections on the ‘menu’ so I may try more now I’m getting older, just to keep blood levels healthy

i was somewhat flustered at the start of this because instructions not very clear to me. then i got to know gradually. assistance helped me but not as quick. outcome not quick yet i realize some slight change so feeling okay using it.

On 02.03.26 you took £171.81 from my card for an order that wasn’t delivered. It was delivered to a complete different address on 11.03.26. I informed you immediately and requested a refund or replacement. You refused and said I must wait on a DPD investigation. I questioned the legality of this on 13.03.25 and requested this be escalated to the complaints team. You didn’t even reply to my email.

I tried to leave a trust pilot review and you got it deleted. I phoned you today (15 April 2026) and you once again refused to refund me, refused to give me a timeframe to resolve this in, refused to put me through to a manager, and refused to give me the details of your complaints process.

Six weeks have passed and I still don’t have a replacement or a refund. What an absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer.

I was really pleased with my overall feeling after my session. Nothing drastic, but a gradual energy and clarity that continued to the next few days. Based on this experience I would consider going back.

I only went for a blood draw, but service was quick and really good. The phlebotomist that drew the bloods, Lucy, was excellent, I don’t feel a thing.

Easy sign-up and clear instructions made everything straightforward.
