Support people cannot help
Support people cannot help. I tried to cancel as soon as they sent confirmation with charges for an extended warranty and expedited shipping that I had declined. It said it would arrive later than usual as they were very busy. Support said it was already packed as I was getting emails saying I could add more to my package. I don't know that if I had issues with the bottle that they would be any more responsive. I will return it unopened. I don't recommend this merchant. Don't confuse their high prices with better quality than other companies.

Again I have been waiting for…
Again I have been waiting for instruction’s on returning my products. I keep getting replies from Trustpilot but nothing that relate s to a return process. Very bad customer service. Won’t be ordering from them. I am finding this process very disturbing. I want to return my products and I want instruction’s straight away. I haven’t got time for this ridiculous process. As I stated in my first review . They were very fast to take my money. They said not 3 mins after I placed my order, that it was already packed! That I should return once received. Please send me a return process.
