I honestly wouldn't recommend BentoBox for your restaurant. Before signing up, I made it clear that I wanted to at least temporarily keep my DoorDash up and running until our customers knew we made a switch. We do well with DoorDash. I was told that we could keep both going simultaneously. The sales person offered a good deal so I signed up.

After that, we were assigned an onboarding manager who sent an email laying out some things. However, we were also getting emails not from him saying we needed to fill this thing out or that thing out. I would ignore it thinking we would do that in our first online meeting but then I'd get another email telling me (not from the onboarding manager) that I hadn't filled it out yet. I feel like there was little guidance or support in what we were really supposed to do.

They ask you to fill out a document in regards to BentoBox utilizing DoorDash's drivers. This is what I believe messed up my DoorDash store. DoorDash was under the impression we were starting a new store and although our restaurant was still up and running and people could order and we were still receiving our deposits, our merchant portal was wiped clean.

I have been emailing the sales rep and the onboarding manager for two weeks now with no resolution. They keep telling me they need to get in touch with their DoorDash contact. I spoke with someone at DoorDash and they said the two cannot run simultaneously and that it has to do with whatever integration software BentoBox is using. I closed my restaurant for Easter on DoorDash, I have been unable to get back into my portal to change my hours back. So we lost DoorDash business due to that.

I honestly would not recommend this company until maybe they are a little more established and have kinks worked out. They seem like they have no clue what's going on or how to run their business.

Also, they did send me a "site" to review and I was unimpressed. Our logo was so tiny in the top left corner that you couldn't even read it. There were misspellings on many of the items. I know it was a drafted page, but if you want me to review your work and be excited, at least do a good job.

Honestly, if you want to offer delivery through your restaurant's website (and can deliver on your own), just build your own site. It's not that hard.

Our company loves working with BB. They made our website look amazing, the backend is easy to use and edit on our end and they respond quickly and thoroughly.

We were searching for ways to implement online ordering at our restaurant. This search brought us to BentoBox, and not only did we get the benefits of an amazing online ordering system, we got a full new website for the same price as the majority of online ordering platforms. The build on our website was amazing and their staff is so helpful in the build. We now have a one-stop-shop for our website and online ordering and couldn't be happier with BentoBox!

This has been a game changer for us as well. We integrate GrubHub with our POS and are paying roughly 30% in commissions on most orders. With the launch of our virtual brand, we implemented Bento Box and it has saved us a lot of those commissions.

The online ordering site built by bento is way better than our POS offers. Support from Bento has been fantastic.

Bento is a little behind on the reporting aspect for their platform. They seem to be responsive in other areas of feedback so hopefully that will improve soon.

We just started using Bento Box for our delivery service to cut down on 3rd party delivery fees. So far it has been a game changer. Very user friendly, lots of great extras- I especially like being able to customize emails and promo codes to send directly to customers. I will be using it for the long haul!

Bento box is the number one service for website design. They were so friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend to anyone.

BentoBox is really the only service to choice when creating web page for your business. It is a one stop shop that covers all accepts of the restaurant needs to service our guest.

This is an awesome, user friendly system that allows us to update our website anytime we need to.
