This is a terrible product
This is a terrible product. I got the V-neck undershirts and they turned blue within a short period of time after a few washings. I washed according to their instructions (and thankfully) I washed them separately. Two of the three shirts I received used blue stitching that bled. Clearly this was a manufacturing error that they refused to acknowledge. They refused to refund my purchase price or exchange the product.
The customer service experience was…one of a kind.
The customer service experience was quite something. After placing my order, I got an automated acknowledgement. I didn't hear anything further. After a couple of days, I found the comments here and decided to take action. I found an address used in an incorporation document and phoned the number associated with the address. I talked to someone who said they would carry my concerns to the company. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by customer support. I was informed that the colour I had selected would not be in stock for a few weeks. I asked for a mixed pack of whatever was available in my size. A label was created soon after, but the package didn't seem to be moving, so I contacted customer support again, and that seemed to get it moving. I'm very happy with the product. Superb quality and design. They should offer a mix pack. The colours are all great.

payed on the website for the product and shipping with tax . When order arrived with ups I had to pay another 49 euros. You can find other online shops cheapest and same quality. Its a scam 😒
Order Not Received
Ordered on 3/10/22 today it is 4/10/22 and no order or response to email asking for update. Wish I had checked negative reviews; there are lots of positive reviews from a year ago no recent positive reviews
Horrible experience - do not buy from this company
Placed order, then almost immediately received an email saying my item was out of stock, and gave me an option to cancel order (during the order process, it showed in stock). I replied, cancelling my order, and was met with delay tactics...still no refund, and no more communication from this Canadian company since telling them I wanted a refund - horrible way to do business...had to get my bank involved to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CANADIAN COMPANY!
STAY AWAY
Ordered in late November, and have yet to receive product. Emailed "James" a few times and get the same canned response as others. Sounds like it's time to report these scammers to Consumer Protection Ontario to get someone to look into this. I can only imagine that there are hundreds if not thousands more people who have been robbed by these people.

I have never written a bad message or review before, but this is beyond terrible customer service. I ordered one pair of the boxers from CoreWear in early November and paid the expediated shipping to make sure I had it by Thanksgiving. It is now early January and I still do not have the boxers!
I have sent 5-6 emails (since you cannot call them) and this is the latest response from last night:

I sincerely apologize for the delay. I know you have already been advised that we ran out of some stocks in the past week due to high demand this season, particularly with the boxers. The good news is that a new batch of supplies is already in transit and you can expect to receive your item within 1-2 weeks.

How does this company still have positive reviews? Am I the only person to not get their clothing? Why do they keep sending the same email that my clothing is 1-2 weeks away? How did they survive the holiday season? I would cancel, but now I am totally committed to finding out why my clothing is taking so long to get.
I would highly recommend NOT buying from this company and tell all your friends not to either. Maybe this will get someone to speak with me or send me my clothing. I doubt it.
Beware of Hidden Costs
I recently ordered 5 x Coretex T-shirts for U$D315 and an extra U$D for priority shipping I was told today by their courier UPS that I would have to pay €260 in customs duties and charges!!! This is nearly 100% of the value! I was not advised of this by Coretex and even though I wrote to them via email, FB messenger and Instagram message Nobody had responded to my enquiry! I’m planning to refuse to accept delivery and I’m instructing my bank to reverse the payment! This is blatant robbery!
