We are so pleased with our sign! It was exactly what my family was looking for and the perfect addition to our new bar. I would highly recommend using GetCustomSigns for your next neon sign!

Beautiful, love it
Fast shipping

The sign I ordered as a gift looks amazing! And despite being very near Christmas, they got it to me amazingly fast. This site is legit. Great job guys, and thanks!

My custom sign was exactly the way I ordered it. The sign was received a week and a half earlier than I thought I would receive it. The sign was received in perfect condition. It was very satisfying when it was plugged in and lit for the first time. It was better than expected.

They were so kind to help me after ( another company I used on Etsy for a neon sign stopped working after only about 15 minutes of being lit.) I got the fastest service and responses and they were so kind to price match after I just paid a separate company that was faulty I am very happy with my sign it looks beautiful and the quality is great! Thank you again so much for the quick service price matching and beautiful product! I will come back forsure for my next sign, and would recommend to others. The best part is they are based in the us unlike many online so the shipping was so quick and easy! Thank you!

I love my daughter’s sign it’s so beautiful. The customer service was amazing with prompt response. I will order again!

To start the sign came out amazing. The customer service was even better. They answered all my question, gave me all the examples i asked for and made me comfortable. Shipping was done very well and my sign came in earlier than expected. All in all I’ll be ordering again in the future.! Great product.

My sign was everything I ordered and it lit up real bright. I’ll be ordering again soon

My sign was absolutely perfect, well-made, and arrived quickly. Easy to install. Have received so many compliments on it!

My sign showed up and was better than I expected! Simply amazing! I highly recommend getting the dimmer option, because the light is so bright. If no dimmer, you will have to turn it off to sleep! My best friends daughter absolutely loved it for Christmas! Will be buying again from getcustomneonsigns!

This is our 3rd sign from GetCustomNeonSigns and we have been very happy with the quality, speed, and price....and the customer service is great!

The sign they made me was absolutely perfect! I kept changing the mockup and they accommodated every request with patience.

Fast, easy to communicate with, quality product.

Excellent customer service even with my last-minute order. The sign looked fabulous and looked exactly as expected. Thank you!

The sign turned out great. It was the finishing touch we need in our room. Great quality and service.

Timely & professional. We have used for 2 signs and the lighting & quality is superb. Fast shipping & great attention to detail.

Custom Neon Signs saved me for my special day!! I needed a last minute order for my destination wedding and they not only got it done and reassured me I would have it in time, they got it to me a day early and made sure it was protected properly so we had no issues with delivery. The sign was incredible and exactly what I wanted. It was easy to use and really elevated the party. Custom neon signs were so professional and I will most definitely recommend them and use them again myself in the future!!

I specifically requested a purple sign in the shape of our organization's logo. The initial mockup I received looked pink, so I asked for confirmation that the sign would actually be purple. They sent me a swatch back that did look like the shade of purple I was hoping for. When I received the sign, I was incredibly disappointed to find that when the sign was plugged in it looked pink. I emailed the person I had been in contact with, and he proceeded to argue with me claiming the pink sign was purple. The first time we went to use the sign for our event, part of the neon strip came detached from the sign. They will not let me return or exchange it, even though I have expressed how frustrated I am with the end product.
