I order some gummies with an ice pack protection. They arrived melted i was home when they came .I was told they would send me a new order but haven't received it.

Have been buying from this company for years and have had no issues with them until recently received my product melted from heat, they immediately responded to my email and even thou I purchase thru Groupon they replaced product w/o second thought, and this is why I only purchased my products from them. I’ve received your products very fast before but it’s been over a week and have not received the package.

I normally order enough to get me through all the hot months in Phoenix AZ. But I shared some with my brother because I’ve been taking them for years and has improved my health. My order had melted when the UPS driver handed them to me and I paid extra to ship with ice. They graciously sent me another order at no cost.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 30 gummies . I got a package a 6 stronger gummies, forcing me to cut each piece into 5 small sections. ( the pieces were too small to get 5 pieces). Customer service ignored my complaints. Find another company

I’ve been a customer for a while now - my last order I received was a melted soupy mess! The dry packet was inside & mixed with the goo - I called customer service & they replaced it - the replacement arrived just as the one before! Needless to say I’m out $$ and no product!

What wonderful people work at Happy Hemp! Everything is great 😃. Had a hiccup, but they took care of me right away. Product I ordered was very effective. I'm a senior, always in pain. I used the gummies, sat down to watch a movie. About an hour later, it suddenly occurred to me that I had NO pain. Not anywhere. I was so happy 😊. It lasted about five hours. I actually cried in relief. I have been in pain for years, but I couldn't keep up with the cost of the Medical Marijuana card and the products were also expensive and not as good, not by a long shot. PLEASE support the cause. People in pain should not be stigmatized as drug abusers. And yes, nice buzz. I would not drive while using. God bless everyone at Happy Hemp! Linda

I wrote to Happy Hemp with a picture and they were so good to send me a whole new bottle!!! Happy Hemp has the best customer service and always answers my questions.
