Always timely, easy to reach someone to ask questions, friendly and honest. I highly recommend!!

This company is fantastic! They are very responsive and they pay attention to whatever my needs are w/r/t the delivery or the dosing, etc. Pricing is great and you can prebuy for better pricing as well. The product is top notch and am very comfortable with their pharmacies.

Smooth process. Reliably delivered and consistently priced

Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service… Everything that I have engaged them with has been top-notch. I highly recommend them to anybody interested in pursuing better health and longevity.

Experienced physicians, excellent safe pharmaceuticals, prompt reliable delivery, close follow up.

Overall Heally made the whole process simple. The meds have worked great and did exactly as the doctor said. Blood tests showed my numbers going from very low to all within a healthy range. I feel better everyday. Thanks Heally for the help!

They helped me lose 56 pounds. My case manager responded quickly to all my questions and even encouraged me when I was discouraged.

all was good, thanks!

Efficient, friendly, caring. Always available and respond instantly to any queries. Great experience.

There are cheaper doctors that actually care. This company harassed me for days to do a renewal. Calls and texts overtime. I work a lot and struggle badly with my ADHD. Anyway, I need help with something about my form and after using this company for 6 years and a several hundred, they wouldn’t help or give me a discount to do the change. They harassed me and harassed me, and once they got my money, they didn’t care. Use someone else.

Process is super easy!! Would highly recommend!!

I love Heally! Super easy to use and to communicate with customer service! Thank you guys!

Very easy to work with and great consultants and doctors

My experience with Heally MD was extremely frustrating and disorganized.

I scheduled a free consult for 11:30 AM and rearranged my workday around it because I had to work at 12:00 PM. By 11:55, nobody had completed the consult, and they then agreed to reschedule me for 2:30 PM instead.

At 2:30, Heally finally called, only to tell me they needed to call me back because they weren’t even sure whether they ship to Oregon. After wasting most of my day waiting around and rearranging my schedule twice, I then found out they apparently do not ship to Oregon at all.

This should have been screened before scheduling a consult in the first place. The entire process felt unorganized, poorly coordinated, and inconsiderate of my time.

I ultimately requested that my card information and personal information be removed from their system.

Overall very good. Helpful and friendly staff. The Doctor I spoke with was great. The only areas that could use improvement are the initial process takes a good amount of time. This is partially due to the lab they use (Labcorp). The other downside is they are only reachable via text. There is no phone number that you can call them.
I would, overall, recommend so far.

Healy has worked out great for my GLP-1. Responsive to my specific requests. Easy to contact and get a response from quickly. Recommend.
