Where do I start
I run a plumbing and heating company and used kanda so my customers could pay for there boilers using finance.
I was given the go ahead by kanda to install a customers boiler which I have on email. I done the boiler the job was worth 3.5k. Once you complete a job the customer has to sign a satisfaction and so I sent it for the customer to sign and kanda said oh sorry the customers finance was removed but we forgot to tell you. Now I'm owed 3.5k from the customer who can't afford to pay. Kanda have admitted that it'd there fault but won't pay me out on it saying I've got to chase the customer. Please do not use this company
