Ein einfaches TV Kabel reicht auch bei den neueren Fernsehgeräte es ist ein total billig in riesen Mengen hergestelltes Gadget was niemand wirklich braucht.
Der Trick ist es zich Millionen zu verscherbeln , die Kunden reklamieren fast nie und wenn sie es machen bekommen sie nur ein teil davon zurück bei einem herstellungspreis von etwa unter 1 Euro pro Stück da in riesen Mengen produziert wird. Echt schade das es erlaubt ist. Amerikanisches System Abzocke.

I ordered the Novawave TV Antenna on 4/20/23 and got it in a few days. Order # 2320508509. I tried it on my 2 TVs on 4/26/23. One TV said there were 14 channels, however NONE of them would tune in to see.
My other TV picked up 6 "Digital" channels. 2 were in Spanish ( I don't speak it). The other 4 were, Shop, Mystery, True Crime and Grit, a Western. Nothing I would want to watch.
Called the customer service number and am requesting a full refund, as was offered in the ads.
This is not worth almost $ 50! REFUND please.
UPDATE: After numerous emails to them & trying to call & contact them, I got no response - except that it had been shipped. Then I contacted Paypal, which is how I had paid. I got a response, and a timely full refund, once I opened the case with Paypal.

Hi I purchased 2 NovaWave Antennas and a Signal booster it came to $108.92 my neighbor had purchased one a few months ago and told us that they didn’t work so we made the decision to just get our$$ back and to just purchase an Antenna for the top of the house . I have had the same problem as everyone else you can’t talk to anyone you can’t even chat with anyone.
Their is no way to talk to them .
I’m going to file with bbb and a few others and see if I can get somewhere .
It’s a crying shame that companies just take and take and never want to have a awesome product and stand behind and make things great for everyone instead of hiding behind the curtain in the boss’s office trying not to get caught with your pants down .

NovaWave has contacted me and they are willing to return our $108.92 or get 30% off on another order at this point I just need my $$$ back so we can purchase a real antenna to at least get some weather and news.

Antennen bestellt und auch geliefert worden. Funktionieren nicht bzw. halten bei weitem nicht was versprochen wird. Die Ware habe ich reklamiert und zurückgeschickt. Nach vier Tagen war sie wieder da, mit dem Vermerk unzustellbar. Daraufhin wieder mailverkehr (ca. 4 Wochen) dann endlich eine neue Rücksendeadresse. Nach vier Tagen war des Paket wieder da, mit der selben Begründung wie beim letzten mal. Bitte kauft das Produkt nicht! Ihr werdet verarscht. Funktioniert nicht und zurückgenommen wird es auch nicht.

Da bietet mir die Firma unglaubliche 30%an und dann kann ich diese nicht nutzbaren Antennen behalten.
Das ist eine Frechheit.
Ich werde wohl mein Geld nicht komplett zurück erstattet bekommen.

Scammed! Ordered one antenna, checked my cc invoice and found I was billed for over for 3 antennas at over $100.00. Could not contact this company. Everytime I tried, they said my phone # was invalid (really?). Will contact BBB and the AG to file complaints. In the meantime credit card company has been notified

I ordered 3 Novawave antennas and never received a confirmation email. I tried contacting them 4 times on the site and no response. However they deducted the funds from my account. This is a scam that needs turned over to the US attorney General and any other law authorities. I plan on doing just that. This is an awful crime to repeatedly do to consumers and needs stopped!!!.

Novawave stated to contact them but gives no contact point. I have attempted to contact them multiple times on their site and never receive a response so what makes me think they will respond if I attempt another time to contact on their site.

I've filed a complaint with the attorney general and the BBB.

Again do not purchase anything from this company.

Also Get a Gadget is the company which bills your account.

i wish i research the reviews 1st before i bought the navawave attenas i have contact them 2 times now by email with no responce there is no phone number or live chat as it states i want to return it before my 30 days is up i have a feeling there going to drag there feet so it over if anyone has differnt information how to contact please share i spent 100.00 for three i need it back

Mit dem Teil kann man nichts anfangen. Die Versprechen auf der Seite werden nicht gehalten. Eine Anfrage und der Wunsch der Rücksendung blieben bis heute unbeantwortet. Habe mich auf der Webseite durch Bilder und Beschreibungen blenden lassen. Absoluter Schrott. Wer das selbst ausprobieren will, bekommt die gleiche Antenne bei ALI Express unter 2 Euro. Fazit: Abzocke

as i have said more then 1 time i have they don't work in my area  { 1 } !!!! i sit in a low all other house sit higher then mine  { 2 } !!!!!!!!  everyone around me have VERY LARGE TREES  I am sure that is why every one has cable tv  THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME THAT I WAIST MY TIME trying to talk you people  now its my turn to play games

Ich habe die Antenne, wie beschrieben, installiert. Es wurde kein einziger Sender gefunden.
Zudem glaube ich, dass alle 5-Sterne Bewertungen von der Firma selber stammen.

I'm afraid this company is a scam. I ordered with extensions and extra service for more than $76 3 weeks ago, have tried multiple times to contact the company, left emails, voicemail. There is no response, no way to track the order and I'm afraid I have lost all my money. Please do not order from this company. It is apparently disreputable and must be reported to the FTC, FCC and Interstate Commerce Commission which I have done with other scam companies. Your money is too important to throw away.

This company is 100% a scam. They promise a product, bill you for it, and never send it- a shipping label was "created" 2 weeks ago. There is no way to get in touch with the company, (the form won't submit, and there is no phone #), so I'm going to have to appeal the charge through my CC. What a waste of my time.

I ordered ONE Novawave but when I hit "Submit" it changed it to 3 and charged my credit card. I immediately tried to cancel the order and couldn't. I tried to go through the website, but there was no way to cancel it. When the order came, it was 3 cheap looking things in an envelope. I have emailed Novawave about 5 times for a return address and just received bogus, computer generated responses. No address. I've been scammed. DO NOT BUY!

I was looking for an antenna and was impressed by a review and decided to order 1 and the warranty. After I filled out the order and payment form, started getting pop ups, order this for only $$$, order that for only $$$, get so put off by it all, I just closed the window down and NEVER CLICKED SUBMIT ORDER.
To my dismay a few hours later, I got an email notice for order received. I immediately wrote back to cancel the order, noting that I never completed the process by clicking submit order. Their response was that they had no record of my order! The next day I responded with all the details, again requesting that it be cancelled and my card refunded, no response whatsoever.
Unfortunately I used a prepaid card and most likely will not have the support that a good credit card gives in matters such as this.
Next stop for me is the BBB and any consumer protection agency can help prevent any hapless fools experiencing this in the future.

I tried to cancel the order because my son had purchased one for me but was told it was too late. I have been trying since 12/13 to get a return authorization. I get emails offering discount, etc. and it's obvious a human is not involved. I've left voice mail but no response. I went thru this with another mail order company and it took months to get a refund. One of Novawave's "reps" has an odd name, same as one with other company. So much for the no hassle returns. Lesson learned. I am going to keep trying until resolved.
12-31 UPDATE: First, I cannot reply to this response. Only after contacting my credit card company, and making complaints to the FTC and BBB and leaving reviews everywhere I could, my money was refunded to my card. Still not one human response. If you want one of these antenna, buy in person from store or Amazon.

I placed an order for 3 antennas on 11/6/22. On 11/10 I received an email that I had a package (unknown sender) and I needed to schedule a delivery appointment. Tried but received notice not to use this site. Placed a call on 11/14 explaining I needed to pay Shipping fees of $ 2,00 to release from customs. No reply so I would like to cancel my order#29194772 and you to issue a credit of $100.94 as soon as possible. We might be able to fix this situation if I could actually speak with a person.
