Yup, ordered and paid before Thanksgiving of 2021.
Haven't received anything, contacts are unmanned, replies are computer generated. I always promise myself to read the reviews, I failed to do that.

Absolutely a scam. I ordered December 3. Got a tracking number January 3, that states today, January 17, that usps is still waiting for the item. Don't bother calling the customer service number. It's automated and says that you have to email them. And when you email them, you get b.s. automated responses with no actual help. I hate myself for ordering from this company. EDIT: Also, see their reply below, it will get you nowhere. You'll get yet another automated reply. and then a day or 2 later, they'll say you didn't respond and will close the ticket. The absolutely worst and most useless customer service possible.

I ordered and paid for, in full, 2 antennas and 2 boosters at a promotional price on 11-28-21. Today is 1-17-22. I received one antenna within 1 week, am missing 1 antenna and 2 boosters. After reporting this through their website, I got standard, bulk emails once a week for several weeks: "Is your problem resolved?" and I always answered no, with details. I then got another standard email, 'You should have your tracking number." Yes, I had a tracking number for the one antenna I received but nothing more.
Finally, today, I got a different bulk email offering me 50% off some products as an apology. I still have not received what I paid for - 7 weeks later. Why would I order something else for 50% when they still owe me product (or refund.) Antenna works great. Customer Service is a big fat ZERO.

Well, I bought this product 3rd week of December 2021. Due to the pandemic problems- people not at work, both at the supplier and DHL and USPS- finally got it today, Jan.15, 2022. Works pretty good after I tried various ways of antenna locations. For example, without the NovaWave I, on a good day, could get 30 channels, some of which alternated in reception. Now, after finding good location (behind the china dishes cabinet) I get 53 channels and they all have clear reception. Sometimes in my various experiments for reception I got 63 channels, but not all came in, but at least the 53 did. I think it's alot better than I had. It's not cable, of course, but I'm pulling in much more free tv channels than before. I live east of Atlanta, Ga, btw, so very good results for me!

I live in an area that does not receive any broadcast signals. The only way to get tv is with either a cable or satellite connection. The NovaWave infomercial states that you, the consumer, can cut your cable/satellite bill by up to $2000 a year. It also says to simply attach the unit to your tv and run the channel search then sit back and enjoy watching free tv. After watching the infomercial about the NovaWave TV Antenna, I ordered 1 with the suggested signal booster from the getnovawave.com site. To begin with it did not arrive when they told me that it did. When it finally arrived I set it up according to the instructions, on a brand new 40" Samsung Smart TV. Needless to say no channels were found/displayed. I went back and read everything again. I eventually set everything up in 4 different locations and ran the channel search 3 different times in each location. Nothing, nada, zip. Absolutely NO channels were displayed. I started to do more research on the NovaWave Antenna and discovered that the genuine product has the NovaWave name embossed in the plastic connection that connects the wire to the unit. The documentation states that the NovaWave Antenna does not receive cable or satellite signals, only broadcast signals within it's 30 mile range of the unit. The product that I received was packaged nicely with all of the proper looking documentation and labels but the unit did not look like the genuine NovaWave product. Obviously what I was sent and received was a knockoff/fake designed to appear genuine. I have been in contact with the getnovawave.com people but have not gotten any meaningful results. I cannot judge the usefulness of this product since I've never received the genuine product. Customer service doesn't even speak comprehensible english. The phones are answered by an "off shore" 3rd party company. Absolutely no use. I have photos of a genuine NovaWave Product and what I received but don't know how to include them here. Basically the NovaWave Antenna infomercial from getnovawave.com is full of claims that are not realistic or truthful. Buyer/consumer beware of ordering anything from the getnovawave.com website.

The response from NovaWave is useless since I have spent weeks attempting to contact them thru phone calls and emails without any meaningful results. NO human contact from NovaWave has transpired up to this date... Only automated responses.

It is so obvious that every one of these reviews are fake! If they cannot get real reviews it tells you all that you need to know. If the people writing these reviews truly wrote them, it is not because of their experience. it is because they are getting compensated. It's so easy to spot these fake reviews. If a person purchased this product and truly received all of the benefits it claims, the reviews would be totally different. Ask yourself, what you would say? You would expect people to say specifics. Such as, I can't believe this, I had such and such cable and my bill was $120 per month. I have to purchase HBO Showtime because many of my favorite shows are on those channels. However, after we received this antenna, I was able to start getting HBO Showtime for free. Not only those, I also have access to 77 other channels that are part of my Direct TV package. I get ESPN, all of the political channels Fox News, CNN, MSNBC. I was able to get most of everything I like and I have cancelled my cable. This antenna is fantastic. Now that would be a review that I would believe. None of these people gave any specific details or examples. The just say things like, it does what it says it will do. Or they say, now I can get all of my channels for free. No specific examples. Don't fall for those reviews. The couple of negative reviews right at the beginning are true examples of what to expect! Good Luck! Look at their advertising page. It is presented as if this is an unrelated company that are tech experts and they are really laying it on thick. They claim that the review was done by a guy in Austin Texas named Oliver Edwards. That is all fake. The guy in the picture is not Oliver Edwards because its all made up! If you try hard on their customer service page you can finally find a phone number. 866-355-1655. However, that number is a scam. It is a prerecorded message about a medical device you wear around your neck, and you push the button if you have a medical emergency. Nothing to do with Novawave. China is famous for this kind of stuff. They even use American names in the customer service dept, to make you think that you are dealing with regular customer service reps in the US. Good Luck!
Update: Norice how everything response is a canned response from "Have a good one Julie"!!! Here is the real kicker, they finally get a favorable review from this guy in Georgia. Instead of thanking him, they attach the same "I am sorry about your issue" email from Julie. They just do a cut and paste response without realizing that it was a positive review. Here is my advice. If you have not received your antenna, contact your credit card company and let them know and they will remove the charge and dispute it! If this company gets enough of those, they will close up shop!

Everything about my order has been confusing, difficult if not just misleading or a scam. Delivery of product took a long time without any communication. The product simply doesn't work well enough even with the signal booster which cost extra. I live in a large west coast city with two transmission towers in the immediate area and almost every channel come up with an initial "weak signal message". I have another older antenna which bring in the same stations easily. i have contacted them a couple times with order number and my email as requested and the reply comes back almost immediately with the notice that they don't recognize me as a customer. I have resubmitted it a couple of times asking specific info and questions. All I get are automated replies saying they don't recognize me or the order. But strangely enough today I got emails consisting of the delivery notices for the antennas and another for the boosters. There seems to be no direct way to contact customer service, certainly no phone number. At this stage I would not recommend dealing with this company (which seems to be a front for some company in Singapore) for any products at all. I don't believe the other few 5 star reviews I see. Simply if it doesn't work well in my urban multi-broadcast stations area, I doubt that it is great anywhere else. Novawave has little to no customer support. Don't believe their 100% return policy. They make it so difficult and complicated that they must be hoping that customers will simply give up. I believe Novawave is a front, a scheme if not an out and out scam.

The Novawave antenna I received didn't do the job it promised, so I spoke with a Novawave representative, who sent me detailed instructions to return it in an email.
I mailed the antenna to the address specified in the Novawave instructions.
They said they would let me know when it was received and keep me informed about my refund.
I finally contacted the company yesterday (Customer Service) but received a "mailer-daemon" instead.
Very poor customer service with this company. I noticed that this product comes from China (of course).
All I want is my $49.99 credited to my account.
I wrote a good review prior to posting here, but I totally rescind the favorable post!
Hopefully, someone will see this review and can help me get my money back from Novawave :(
