Had a problem with the gloss. Customer services sought a solution, tested the solution (VERY IMPRESSED that they thought to test it) and then sent out the solution which worked.

My package got lost in the post but I was able to contact support via email. They replied promptly and sent a new package along with a free gift.

Lovely experience. The team sorted out the issue with my paints quickly-I got alot more colors and a free gift which I loved painting as well!

The photo frame kits are fantastic - really well presented in the box with clear instructions. The actual contents of of the box are great too - containing everything you would need. A really fun gift for a couple and love the results - will definitely purchase again!

ordered the clay kit, and paint your own mugs, such a fun idea and good for a date night or girls night! the paints in the mug kits where dried out but reached out to the customer service and Mads was very helpful and sorted the problem out straight away! Will definitely be purchasing from here again!

Lovely ideas for valentines day but creative bonding sessions regardless. Had the heart shaped mugs, paint was good quality. The customer service is very attentive too. Will definitely buy again.

Ordered products on a 3 for 2 deal in the new year, they sent completely the wrong products and terrible ones that couldn’t be gifted, as they were accessory packs which didn’t even include clay. Initially responded, asked me to send them back and as a gesture of good Will would replace with an upgraded product. Nothing has ever been sent to me, multiple emails sent chasing for an update which are being ignored. I imagine if you receive the advertised product they could be great, but I’ve spent a lot of money and time sending emails with no response. Would I use this company again, 100% no! I wish I read the reviews before ordering, which may have steered me to another company and not be out of pocket. Order number UK40347.

Incredibly human and kind. Evidently run by real people who care about the things they create! Very generous and considerate in customer service also. In the age of automation, such interaction in a commerce context feel like finding gold at the bottom of The Thames. Can’t recommend enough in this regard!

As soon as I paid I was informed that delivery would be made by EVRI I knew instantly that I wouldn't receive the product and unfortunately this is the case.
EVRI responds with automated responses. I'm so disappointed what a waste of money

Update. Potted handled my case exceptionally well excellent customer service. The fault was with EVRI. Potted even sent othe products as a good will gesture 10/10 for potted 2/10 for EVRI!!

I ordered a set from Pott'd that was beautifully packaged and designed. We started off having a few troubles with the kit, so I emailed and asked if this was usual and the customer service team were so helpful and generously sent us a replacement different style of paints for us to try, and were very kind to my mum about which she could choose. We will definitely re-use them in the future.

I had messed up an order, immediately it was changed over at no extra charge, i appreciate the effort and kindness that this company has provided

I had the paint a wine glass kit for my birthday & it was by far my best gift! I am very creative so this was such a fun present! Deffo recommend!
