Quality product with super fast delivery

Still haven’t received. Apparently it should arrive before the 24th of April. I ordered it a few weeks ago and had I realised it would take this long, I would have ordered it from elsewhere. Im sure the product is great as I’ve purchased the same brand before and It works as advertised.

Great service. Ordered 2 garden planters to be delivered to Northern Ireland, arrived very quickly by DPD perfectly packaged in tough cardboard boxes with foam padding in all corners. Very happy with product and service.

I wouldn't normally give 5 stars for a delivery that went wrong. But the issue was resolved so quickly and easily that I must give full credit where it's due. I ordered a 60cm planter but a 80cm one was delivered. I phoned to complain and the issue was immediately resolved. Getpotted arranged for the 80cm one to be picked up by courier the next day and delivered the correct one the day after. They could not have rectified the mistake any better.

Plant arrived today. Well packaged and in great condition. Good value, let’s hope I don’t kill it !

There was an issue with the delivery, which was with DPD, however, Natasha and the team provided excellent advice and customer service. We would have no hesitation in using them again and thank them sincerely for their excellent customer service and support

Would never recommend get potted I ordered two planters for the sum of £340 which I cancelled before the delivery was dispatched and I was informed refunds takes 3-7 days I called and spoke to a extremely rude lady I asked her about my refund her response was what do you want me to do I asked her about there refund policy is and she had no clue customer services is not even a one star absolutely disappointed.

Ordered two large tapered pots.one arrived next day other a few days later and badly damaged on all four corners.(the box was also badly damaged)custoner service really helpful i sent pics and they organised a new pot telling me to utilise or dispose of damaged item!. Replacement sent a week later.no damaged box this time but two of the corners were smashed(absolutely no protection on either four corners to stop this happening) decided just to keep the order as i was back and forth to waste sites.i did send another email letting them know of this problem but no response at all. considering how good the customer service was before.hence 4 stars. I would still buy from them again though.just a wee bit put off at no reply

Good product, slow delivery

My plant was never delivered to me but ended up back at your warehouse clever Evri ,then when the plant was going to be shipped out again it was broken by the warehouse team so never received my plant just a poor compensation offer not good , it was meant to be a birthday gift😞
