These balcony pots are amazing, I bought the lechuza balconera and they are fantastic and look beautiful, great services from the company, DHL were a bit of a pain but that’s not their fault.

The window boxes were a gift for our daughter. They were delivered v promptly and were well packed. She is very pleased with them - the colour, form etc were just what she had hoped.

I bought 6 large Idealist Lite planters from this company, they are excellent quality and superb value too. A particular shout-out for Natasha in customer services who quickly resolved a minor delivery issue. I will definitely use them again.

Defecte bestelling, product ontbreekt en krijg geen contact met klantenservice
Ik heb de ‘paint a mug kit’ besteld en daarbij een pakje klei. Toen ik dat bestelde stond er dat je je bestelling binnen 2-4 dagen geleverd zou hebben. Ik heb een bevestiging gehad van mijn bestelling maar niet of het al verstuurd was. Na 1,5 week heb ik een mailtje gestuurd naar de klantenservice hello@getpottd
Daar is helaas nooit op geantwoord..
Nu na 2,5 week heb ik mijn bestelling binnen, en wat ik al dacht is het desbetreffende product kapot aangekomen.. en de klei die ik erbij had besteld zit er niet in!
Het duurde al veel langer voordat het binnen was dan dat op de site stond, krijg vervolgens geen reactie op mijn mailtje en nu zit ik met een defect product en maar de helft van de bestelling!!
