Trustworthy company with amazing products
I purchased quite a few tall planters from get potted.com.
They were quite large and fragile. Despite being well protected and having lots of packaging around , two of them were damaged in transit . I contacted their customer service who were amazing , they were willing to help and went out of their way to ensure the new deliveries arrived safely. I love the planters , they are beautiful and the price was very reasonable. I would most definitely recommend this company and I will , for sure be purchasing their gardening products in the future . They are trustworthy, very easy to communicate with , have good prices and are willing to help if things don’t go as planned . Don’t think I could ask for more to be honest.

Ordered 2x large black lightweight…
Ordered 2x large black lightweight concrete planters. Cost me just over £200.
They arrived well packaged but clearly a quality control issue as both planters were scuffed and marked and not usable without some repair.
They were returned it I had to chase up the find and it took well over 2 weeks to get my money back. Won’t use this company again
