I have only just discovered this supplier when looking for a particular dog bed. I ordered the bed late afternoon and was amazed at how quickly it arrived. The parcel also contained a lovely hand written card and a small useful gift. What a lovely company! I'll definitely be buying from them again in future and recommend them to others.

I've deleted my earlier 2 star review which was made on the basis of the company's apparent failure to respond to my complaint about the non-delivery of my order by the carrier. In fact the only reason the company failed to respond was because my email went into its spam box and as soon as it was discovered, the company couldn't have been more apologetic and responsive. So a 5 star review is in order and everyone is happy!

Ordered for the first time from this company as I urgently needed some grain-free James Wellbeloved for my pooch and our local shop was out of stock. Great price, fast delivery, and good updates for my order. Loved the personalised card I got from the company and the wee thank you gift. I will definitely be ordering from you again.

So pleased that I bought two dog beds from this company. I had purchased two beds from another company (I won’t tarnish this review with their name!) the other company took my money and didn’t deliver!! Came across this site, read the reviews and placed my order. Super fast delivery, tracking info, emails from the owner keeping me updated and two very happy dogs. The prices are very reasonable, the service is excellent as is the communication. I am so pleased and will be back to look at other supplies. Have to mention the card enclosed with my order, which was handwritten, was a really nice personal touch…..thank you from a very satisfied customer and two very content pooches.

This company are great to deal with, ordering is easy and delivery quick.....and to top it all received a little Chrimbo pressie/thank you with my last order.

I ordered my pet food yesterday and delivery made today. The price was lower than competitors and that is without the subscription option savings. Having received the well packed parcel I was surprised with the lovely thank you card and small gift for ordering. As a company director myself I must say I’m impressed, massively, I will definitely be ordering again and will be utilising the subscription service. Great guys, thank you and 5 Stars.

Ordered on Friday morning dog food using GetSetPet but through eBay, the parcel was delivered on Saturday morning. Just wow! It was just right, as eBay mentioned about delivery only next Wednesday, and we were about to run out of our dog food. Very impressed, received a small handwritten note with a voucher code for the next purchase. Checked their website, the prices are much cheaper compare to others. Will be ordering in the future, highly recommend

Terrible … ordered 2 items on Amazon and both my orders were cancelled and then they wanted payment by bank transfer!!!
