Great company to deal with. Any query with orders etc. is dealt with very quickly and the friendly customer service is second to none. I informed Get Set Pet that I would no longer require a certain dog food due to our elderly dog passing away. They even sent flowers and a lovely card offering condolences. I cannot recommend this company enough for its outstanding personalised customer service.

We have been so impressed by this company. The handwritten notes from the cofounders adds such a personal touch! The delivery is fast, always consistent and the website is easy to use. All round a great business!

Efficient and prompt service. Product prices are much cheaper than your high street pet stores. Free delivery over £29 and will normally arrive 2 days after ordering. A lovely personalised note and a little freebie included with every order. Highly recommend - I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else!

A great company to do business with: friendly, helpful and very efficient. The subscription model for regular deliveries works well and allows for fine tuning. I particularly like the personalised note with each delivery and the freebie - most useful being a roll of poo bags!
