Terrible support!
I spent three days trying to upgrade my plan to 'Publisher' for my project, but the experience was a nightmare. My payments were being declined by Stripe (likely an automated Radar block), and despite me explaining (in detail) that I had already tried 3 different banks, physical cards, private browsing, and different IPs, the support agent kept sending me the same automated 'copy-paste' replies telling me to 'contact my bank' or 'try again'.
It is insulting to have a customer explicitly state they have performed all troubleshooting steps, only for the support agent to ignore everything and ask them to do it again. I was trying to give them MORE money, and they treated me like a bot.
I have canceled my account and I am moving my project to a competitor. If you want a platform that actually values its customers and has a competent support team, look elsewhere. Ghost's support is nonexistent.
