The compliance-led service is designed to provide important information and offer free financial services advice enabling customers to make informed decisions in relation to certain Financial Services products such as Mechanical Breakdown Insurance and GAP Insurance which is only available for a limited period after taking delivery of the vehicle. Brilliant experiance with GID
Brilliant experiance with GID, i asked for information to be sent via email which was done quickly, a call back was scheduled with ease. Unfortunetly i missed this call back, however i was nit hounded with calls since then Emma waited for me to contact her which was fantastic. When i asked for a call back it was prompt, she was very knowledgable and just got atraight down to buisness. Phone call was quick and i had all the info i needed, thankyou for a great experiance with yourselves.

The best unexpected phone call
Wasn’t even expecting the phone call and got given a great service on my new Ford Ranger cover all the cost I could’ve lost and giving me a premium service with no losses couldn’t have asked for a better call out of the Blue would advise to anybody who has been given a vehicle and then get told a less of value when trying to insure. 10/ 10 for me
