Costa Coffee Avaliações 

I regularly call off here for my weekly/fortnightly Costa treat. The staff are always pleasant and polite and make great drinks. There is only one issue and that is that the air-conditioning isn't always working properly. In the cooler weather then no problem, but in the recent heatwaves it was a bit much trying to enjoy my drink and not feeling comfortable. Maybe it just needs to be fixed!!

Recently visited Costa in ulverston Cumbria and got my daughter the cheese toastie and dragon fruit and guava iced drink it looked really nice and cooling (a very hot day) what turned up was this murky slop you couldn't even see the ice
I sad "what's that" he grunted "what you asked for" and I said "where's the fruit" "we haven't got any" I said "I can't see through it that s not what I ordered" "yes it is" there's no fruit in it and I can't see the ice it's cloudy that s not what I ordered" "yes it is"
My daughter was looking a bit anxious so I walked away I took a picture of it but can't put it on here what a mess
And what an ignorant moron serving I would've complained to Costa they make it hard and basically pointless
Won't be going back there again utter rip off and absolutely ignorant staff

Two costa coffee love going there be with my girlfriend Charlotte and friends Dan the staff very lovely and helpful dan lovely ladies and cool gentlemen the customer service very great dan the orders very ouick don't mind stand in the cue but it can very busy lot of time and it's nice relaxing dan but it can be very noisy and hard talk and chat on the phone and they have outside sitting if busy in the coffee shop dan sometimes

Tastes really cheap Surprised Costa would put their brand to this revolting taste

They are not very up to date, the guys at Costa, I think is the technical term??
I recently received an email reminding me to go and enjoy a free Birthday treat. When I checked my app it was asking for a password, which for whatever reason did not allow me to log on.
I contacted customer services and they concluded my account had been deactivated due to not enough use for a period of time.
So, I am still at the forefront of their thoughts to invite me to get my free treat, but under rediculous technical red tape " sorry you cant have it".
Its not a case of "having your cake and eating it", this is a case of "having your cake but it we've made it impossible for you to reach". Pretty damn poor show Costa!!

Never had issues with Costa before, staff are always polite, helpful and efficient. There must have been an issue with the card reader in the Darwin Centre branch Shrewsbury, as I was charged twice for two coffees; only when I saw my statement did I realise the error.
Replied to the email requesting a review, pointing out the issue and again when I never received a reply.
Having a coffee away from home is a treat for my disabled husband and myself and we do not have the sort of income to ignore even a small loss.
Please refund my £6.70

Costa Coffee ELTHAM HIGH STREET staff appear to be ready to go home ONE hour before they close ...
UNDERSTAND CLEANING IS IMPORTANT but REFUSAL to allow toilet access 15 minutes pre-closure is a bit too much...
They attempt to be FRIENDLY but dont quite succeed

Me and my mum went for a relaxing brew, I ordered the gingerbread iced latte "this was nice as always"
My mum ordered lemon ginger tea "this is her favourite drink" she would normally get this in a pot and a small cup, this time it was in a large glass latte style cup "it was quite heavy for her" upon tasting it she found it didn't taste as good as normal, therefore she needed to choose something else, she choose a plain hot chocolate. I told the batista and was offered another Lemon and ginger tea "why would we want another when it doesn't taste the same as it used to, have you changed your speciality tea bags COSTA? This was at Stockport, merseyway.

Petersfield Ramswalk Costa Coffee, was in for over an hour and baby need a change. The toilet was absolutely disgusting with wee all over the floor with toilet roll everywhere. Yes customers should be more considerate, but it states that public toilets especially ones in cafes and restraints should be checked every 1-2 hours for hygiene purpose. There was no way this toilet had been checked in hours. Absolutely gross and can’t even use the excuse it was busy as there was only 2 other tables and around 10-15 people that did take away the whole time we were there.

Costa coffee talk about slow. 45 min break coach driver and walked out with nothing. While one girl making smoothies or something. Never again and won’t bring 30 passengers here again. Prob why I don’t see any coaches or truckers here. Didn’t even acknowledge and says I’ll be with you in a minute.

Very disappointed that you have stopped taking coffee pods for recycling, and supplying the bags.

I'm truly shocked with the feedback I see. I must be lucky. My Eltham one is great. Good customer service and always getting my lush drinks be it a frappe or my latte to a tea (no pun intended). Been in early morning today and lovely ladies on and friendly even in this heat.

I placed an online order for quick collection, but when I arrived I had to queue for 10 minutes just to be told my drink wasn’t ready. They asked me to step aside while counter customers were served straight away.
After waiting 15 minutes and asking again, they admitted they had made mistakes. Suddenly my drink appeared, but they had no idea who it was for and even blamed me for not asking for it sooner.
The online ordering system is completely pointless. Poor organisation, zero communication, and a total waste of time. I won’t be using the app or this branch again.

How do I write a review for costa coffee in Kings Lynn?

Placed an on line order and went to the store to collect at the pick up point as instructed. Spoke to staff member and was told to wait a minute. Five minutes later asked again. Second staff member told me I’d have to join the queue as she didn’t know what I’d ordered. I expressed surprise as it was an on line order so I’d have expected them to be aware. Waited in a long queue and got to front, only to be asked again what I wanted. I showed my order on my phone and asked what was the point of on line ordering if it took around 25 mins as opposed to the stated 5-8. Team member looked daggers at me. I said please could
I have my coffees or money back. Again she glared angrily and went off to arrange coffees. No apology or explanation and she walked away saying “I don’t know what you’re having a go at me for”. Truly dreadful customer service, no apology or any explanation for the need to queue for an on line order which turned out to be total waste of time.
I’ve used the Costa on line complaint function and the 500 character limit!! It’s now three days and I’ve had an automated reply and nothing else.
It will be a long time if ever I buy a coffee from Costa again. I came out feeling that I’d been a complete inconvenience to this team member. In future I won’t buy overpriced coffee and choose instead to get coffee from a local business who values their customers. Dreadfully poor Costa. You should aim for better.

I always have a great experience at Costa Coffee in my local area if Sale, Manchester, UK. Jenny is brilliant, she knows all her regular customers drinks and often what they want to eat. All the staff here are 100% amazing, can’t praise th enough.

Went into your drive through in Colchester and ordered the breakfast meal. First they said no bacon at 0820 in the morning. Then paid for the meal and got no orange juice. I normally go to Starbucks and I now see why Costa is a second rate chain

Getting far too dear the prices keep going up,pastries and cakes are extaortion,.love the staff just not good about the increases.
