Had exactly what I wanted.
Had exactly what I wanted for my 2 grandsons for Christmas. Ordered late Monday evening and order was despatched the very next day.
Only hope they do now arrive for Christmas.

This company was the best to deal with!! I accidentally ordered the wrong size scooter and the fixed it up no questions asked and the new one was here in three days!!! Best customer service I have received in years.

No response
Bought a bike back in January, very fast shipping, thank you for that. However, I have emailed 5 seperate times from February to June. I’m yet to get a real reply. I have requested a refund for a bike that never really worked, sent photos explained problems multiple times.
Would still appreciate a refund.
Not sure how else to get this sorted.
