The 2 dog harnesses with velco name…
The 2 dog harnesses with velco name tags were very good quality for the price. Only thing was it took approx 2+ weeks to come in mail but they do warn you as they have to make the velco name tags. Would buy product again and will probably buy another 2 as spares.

Wrong size guide.
I purchased a dog collar and I took my time to properly measure my pets neck as directed on their website. I went off the size guide (which is wrong) and when the product came it was large and the collar was easily taken of my dogs neck without unbuckling it. I tried to rectify the issue but they wanted me to retake the measurement and all these things and after all that they will do an investigation. I don’t have time. I usually by my products to a reputable company’s which has a hassle free return/refund/exchange.
And a Re-stocking fee? What a joke.
First and last for this company for me. Never again stay away.
