I purchased 4 Atlanta Falcon glasses for a gift for my husband and have not received the glasses or a refund I have tried reaching out to the company on several occasions and all their spoke person will say is I will get a refund well that was 4 months ago these glasses were supposed to be a Christmas gift. I don't understand how is it that this company can use NFL Teams name and likeness in a scam to defraud the American Public out of their money, get bad rating and still be allowed to make money and have a company can anyone explain that to me

was looking fir some easy puzzles for a gift. thought the picture i picked had enough variation to it to make piecing like colors together. it took 2 days for my husband to piece the the edges together because of lack of shape variations. I won't use again because of this. Will probably stick to premade puzzles for my husband and his mom.

Waiting a month for (2) FSU bourbon glasses to arrive as Christmas gifts. Received wine tumbler glasses instead, with miss placed FSU college stickers, that were crooked, torn and bubbled. A waste of $40+. Emailed their customer service with no reply to date.
12.18.25. Update. Customer service has issued a full credit. While the product purchased was not to my standard, customer service did the right thing in crediting my cc account.

I ordered my daughter a gift was wrong item, they said they would resend her a different item that I chose, same price as other, been 3 weeks still no tracking, basically took my money. Would not recommend . Their return policy is a joke

I purchased a photo urn that I had personalized for my dog's ashes. It arrived today and the urn was too small to hold the ashes. I wasted $75 and still don't have an urn.

A update. This Hong Kong company will not give me a refund. I ordered over a month ago. They used an incorrect address misled me for ages that it was coming. The reason for purchase is now no longer required. They still won’t give a refund. They are breaking UK law. Should be shut down immediately. I ordered an embroidered cap. Have ordered a replacement from another company based in the UK which was cheaper and delivered the next day. I do not recommend at all and will do all I can to get them shut down in the UK. Thank god I used PayPal.

This company arrogantly canceled my order and when I asked why, she stated that this item wasn't available for 2025. That's the only excuse she gave. IF YOU ARE ORDERING SOMETHING CUSTOM FOR A SPECIAL GIFT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service was rude. The 1st time I called, someone picked up & wouldn't answer. I kept saying hello. The second time, they were rude and arrogant. From now on. I WILL USE BIRTHDAY KEEPSAKES.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Ordered a custom banner for my child’s 18th birthday and paid expedited shipping and they said they could not deliver the day it was to arrive! Would not overnight. Unbelievably in unprofessional! Do not use this company for any event that is important in your life.

I purchased a sympathy gift for my Aunt's funeral. I paid extra for shipping so it would arrive pn time, however it has not arrived. I was told it was due to the USPS and out of their control. I would NOT advise buying gifts from rhis site. Very bad experience.

Never received after resending 5x. Each time said delivered. They should take a photo when delivered as proof like Amazon does. Made order in April 2025.

Overall, I had a good experience shopping at Ulta because I like the variety of products and how easy it is to order online. However, I was disappointed because I placed my order on my birthday, hoping to receive the birthday gift, but I wasn’t able to claim it. I spent over $40, and it felt unfair not to receive something that was supposed to be part of the rewards. On top of that, my points didn’t get saved properly, which was frustrating since I usually rely on them. I really hope Ulta improves these issues, especially for online shoppers who trust they’ll receive what’s promised.

Target is a great place but some. Things are not that great cause of other things that happen but at the most point it is great if I say so or not I guess

I placed an order with gifts.com. On November 26, 2024 to be delivered to my sister in Columbus Ohio. She never received it. When I contacted the company, they said they would send another one after review and send me an email never happened. So I contacted them again. They claim it’s under advisement. We’re not trust this company again I’ve used them before never had a problem until now, the customer service department and Ai Needs to be reevaluated.

They are frauds. Take payment and no delivery saying it’s in their terms and conditions s and I ask them for answers on live chat. No reply. No product. Fraud… stay well clear. Lost my money
