GiigHire CRM is very easy to use and well designed. It offers great value for money for solo recruiters or small recruitment teams looking for an affordable yet powerful tool.

We've just launched a new recruitment agency in South Africa specialising in contractors, and signed up for the free version of Giig. What stands out immediately is that this was clearly built by someone who understands recruitment — it's not a generic CRM that's been bent to fit. Every feature makes intuitive sense the moment you find it, and I keep discovering new ones that make me think "yes, that's exactly what I need."
The platform is simple enough to get productive on day one, but there's real depth when you start digging. For a startup agency watching every rand, having a tool this capable at no cost is remarkable. We're already weighing up going Pro because the value is obvious.

I can’t recommend Giig Hire highly enough. Andy and Luke are both incredibly helpful and are always just a call or email away whenever I need guidance or have a question.
The platform itself is really similar and easy to use. It’s clearly been built by recruiters, for recruiters. I also love that there’s a free version available, which gives you the chance to properly find your feet and understand how it works before committing.

Upgrading to the paid version has been a great decision for me as it really unlocks the full benefits of Giig. If you’re considering it, I’d absolutely recommend giving it a go.

The team are excellent. the CRM is easy to use, has some limitations, but perfectly sufficient for most small agencies, it's user-friendly, intuitive, and responsive.

One of the easiest databases I have used in over 15 years. Easy set up, syncs with any website. Parse CV - no complaints at all. Pricing is cheap compared to others too.

I love the mass CV parse aspect. It saves so much time automatically imputing the data into the system, I would highly recommend Giig to anyone.

I like GiigHire because, as I’m starting my recruitment company, it gives me an all-in-one platform built for recruiters so I can manage candidates, jobs, and clients in one place without overcomplicating things. I’ve also contacted their customer service myself, and what I respect is the human approach—GiigHire even states their support is “manned by human beings,” and that really matches the experience I’ve had when I needed help.
