After a few months of battling with the Zoho Recruit CRM we have bitten the bullet and changed to a new recruiting CRM. Giig is far more intuitive and easier to navigate, which will pay dividends in the long run.

I love it!

I previously used Loxo and Vincere. Giig does exactly the same, but in a much simpler way.
It's not perfect yet, but having the opportunity to communicate with the founder has made it a lot easier to request features (or even just feel heard as a paying customer) and to resolve any questions quickly.

If you are paying for any other ATS, you are wasting your money - Giig has everything you need as a recruiter/recruitment agency.

Great CRM tool for independent recruiters, their freemium subscription lets you test the system out first before committing. Of course, there are some things to improve on, but their tech support is very fast, reliable, honest and resolves your query pretty fast.

The functionality it gives is all that you'd need for a small business. And the main reason I love Giig, the founders/creators are always available for any issues, of which there are not many.
It's also refreshing to have a CRM provider that doesn't need to lock you into a 12 month contract with no option to cancel if things don't go as planned.

We love that this ATS is specifically built for small businesses. We have been looking for something forever and everything else is extremely overpriced for what we actually need and built for large corporate agencies, not tailored to the boutique agency that we have.
