I had an issue with a refund that was part of a Dorothy Perkins order. After getting nowhere with DP customer service I emailed the issue straight away to Gini London and the issue was resolved in less than half an hour! Excellent service.

Excellent customer service. After receiving the incorrect item and receiving less than useful help from the third party company I ordered the Gini item from originally I reached out to Gini themselves. They have been great. They have undertaken to send me the correct item themselves despite it not being their error. Update: the jumper I ordered arrived and it is stunning. Beautiful quality. Thank you to Gini!

firstly, I had an issue with the tracking info and i got annoyed, however i reported this and the team at Gini London resolved this super quick, have been super friendly and professional from start to finish and the top i bought is absolutely stunning, 10/10 stars! thanks for the help and the beautiful product

Returned items but company never refunded and said never received!
Seems common theme according to other reviews!
Scam!

I had a great customer service experience. An item I'd ordered had not arrived due to loss in transit. Responded very quickly to my email and sent a replacement the same day. Item had been an impulse purchase from a sale, and I'd not had particularly high expectations, but the coat was beautiful and much better quality than the price suggested. Was very happy with my experience

Lovely clothes with lots of styles to suit all. Clothing is well made and good quality. I will definitely be purchasing more things! Customer service is spot on, Rae from customer services was super helpful, responsive and was able to resolve my query with no problems at all. Nothing seemed too much for her! I bought a black shirt for my wife and was extremely disappointed. The material feels cheap and uncomfortable, and to make things worse, three buttons fell off the very first time she wore it. Totally unacceptable for a new item. I expected much better quality for the price. This will be the last time I purchase anything from this store or company. Not recommended at all.

I appreciate GINI London’s material quality. Their designs are fabulous! Clothes are very comfortable to wear. I have no regrets whatsoever buying anything from this brand so far although I was quite disappointed not getting a two piece order of which I could only get the trousers. Nonetheless, great brand.

Brilliant customer service from ginilondon when obtaining a refund . They were so helpful and quick in replying each time .. a real credit to this business . .. keep up the good work GINI LONDON … would definately buy from this company again .

The way they dealt with a problem was excellent customer service. I received the wrong size dress, not a great start but when I contacted them they acknowledged their error, arranged a tacked prepaid returns label (with choice of collection if I wanted it). Sent out a replacement which I received the following day before I’d even had chance to arrange the return. The product fit perfectly and was just as described and picture. Very pleased. Could have gone so wrong but I cannot fault the way they dealt with it. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again

I didn't keep my dress unfortunately. The team whwre amazing in how ro.rerurn, and then ask to.send the tracking details for prompt refund.they where true to.their word

Ordered the same dress in 2 sizes - so gorgeous and the returns was simple enough. Rae and rose in customer service got it refunded really quickly so no issues. Would shop here again :)

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.... UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. YOU CAN GET THE ORDERS, BUT SENDING BACK WILL BE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!

I have tried to send back a dress that i paid £45 for through Matalan but its advised me that I had to use there website to send the item back but then I’ve gone there they are trying to only give me back £21 for a £45 brand new dress !!! Do not shop on here it’s a massive scam !!!
