I had an issue with my Giraffe Tools AW40 hose reel. The hose got stuck and wouldn’t extend. I contacted their support team, and Andy replied right away. He was super helpful and arranged a full replacement for me.

The whole process was unbelievably fast. I got the new hose reel and installed it successfully within just 2 days after reporting the issue! The new one works perfectly, and I really appreciate how smooth and easy everything was.

I purchased the Grandfalls Retractable Pressure Washer G20 Pro directly from Giraffe Tools a few months ago, and I’m really glad I did. When I had an issue, their warranty team was outstanding.

I called Giraffe and followed up with a few short videos showing the problem. Within minutes, I received an email confirming my claim and requesting details. I replied the same day, and by October 16th, they had already processed a replacement order. Just a day or two later, the brand-new unit arrived at my shop, up and running again.

The 24-month warranty is legitimate, and their responsiveness gave me real confidence in the company. I was initially hesitant about trying a newer brand, but I already owned their 130-ft retractable garden hose, which I love, and this pressure washer has proven to be another great product. It’s powerful, easy to use, and I especially like that it can be mounted outdoors or stored indoors during winter.

I also own their vacuum cleaner, which performs great too — I just wish the Bluetooth version had been available when I bought mine.

Overall, Giraffe Tools has earned my trust. Their products are well-designed, and their customer service is fast, professional, and genuinely helpful.

I pre-ordered the USB C charger block from Giraffetools. It was shipped promptly on the projected shipment date and I am very pleased with the product.

The design is what sold me and the physical product truly lives up to my expectations. The shape is super convenient to carry and pack, it is compact, does not get hot during operation and the really killer feature is the retractable USB C code that also magnetically catches on the front to make things very compact.

I was hesitant to buy the pressure washer at first. My brother inlaw bought one. After seeing and using it, I was very impressed. A little over a year after buying mine, it stopped working. With no hassle this company was amazing to deal with. Worked through the issue and got me back up and running. If you judge a company about their service AFTER the sale, this company gets a 10/10!!!!

I purchased a Giraffe hose reel almost 2 years ago and its been working wonderfully. Unfortunately the other day it would not retract fully as the positioning guide would not move, I found online it was a broken belt. I emailed Giraffe customer service who told me the belt was not replaceable and to email them my purchase receipt which I found on Amazon and emailed it to them and they quickly chose to provide a warranty replacement! Quick, responsible and without any fuss! A rarity in today's market! I'm quite impressed...in addition to an impressive hose reel! Thanks Giraffe!

Great products that are very useful and convenient to use. Love their wall mount products. I have their wall mounted vacuum and pressure washer and never have to coil up hoses after washing cars. Saves time and makes detailing cars more enjoyable.

Last year I purchased the Giraffe retractable hose. I was impressed with the installation, appearance and functionality. I didn't realize how long 115 ft was until I extended this hose. But the best part was how it retracted. Gone are the days of sweating while trying to rewind a manual reel. This by far is the best home accessory I can think of. The hose did developed a leak but the company quickly resolved my problem with no hassle. Incredible customer service. This is a must have product. Thank you!

After I purchased a product, high pressure hose/reel, I had an issue with the hose. I got in contact with the seller which was through amazon, which they directed me to here. The customer service was extremely fast in response time via email, very helpful with product knowledge, and after supplying everything they needed, they ended up replacing the entire unit for me. I couldn’t be happier with the after sale service! Fantastic!!! Thank you for everything
