My Giraffe pressure washer stopped working and I reached out to the company to inquire about obtaining parts. Grace became my customer service representative. I was informed that I couldn't get any of the parts that I was looking for. Grace was awesome, she worked with me to try and find my warranty information even though the serial number sticker had disappeared and the original paperwork couldn't be found. In the end she authorized a replacement unit be sent. I was amazed by the high level of customer service provided. I look forward to using this company for future shop tool needs.

I am a very happy customer of giraffe tools. I use my wall mounted pressure washer a lot. It has been a great unit, but I noticed a small leak and sent a video to the company to see if I could order that part. That’s when Doris & Fancy reached out to me and said they would replace my unit for free. Then I noticed when they sent me the new unit it was an upgraded model. I would recommend any giraffe product based on my experience with their customer service.

Quick and helpful response.

We purchased two different hose reels from Girafe last fall and have been very pleased with the product. One of the reels starting not reeling back in after about 10 months and customer service was very prompt in assisting. They sent out a replacement the very next day after we sent in a video of the product not working. I’d recommend their product and service!

I was disappointed that my hose reel had a failure, however the exchange for a replacement hose reel was very easy.

While the initial item I bought had a defect, giraffe immediately sent a replacement and cover it all cost. Hey, no company has a hundred % zerodefect.They were extremely responsive and I look forward to purchasing more product from them.

Customer service. I had a problem with my pressure washer and they replaced it within 3 days!

I bought the 1/2 inch 130 foot hose reel. This reel looks amazing hung on a 4x4 although if I would do it again I would use a 4x6 instead. I since the post 3feet and filled it with high strength concrete. I hung the hose reel and I rolled it out 3 maybe 4 times before the spring inside gave in and released the majority of the tension off the hose. I contacted giraffe tools to tell them what happened. They checked a the serial number and confirmed the order number. The product has a 2 year warranty, so giraffe tools sent me a new reel. The best part of all of this is that it took less than a week to have a new reel hung on the same post. The did not even hassle in asking me to return the broken product. I give them 5 stars for the great customer service fast acting on shipping they recognize the issue and acted quickly.

The hose reel works perfectly. It winds the hose very smoothly with very minimal friction. In fact for whatever reason, it was easy to assemble. Your customer support was superb. I will definitely recommend your products to my friends and neighbors.

This is a very sturdy Metal Water Hose reel with Hose feeder that alternates the hose back and forth on the reel. It is heavy enough with your hose to reel it in without the cart tipping. I received the product with an axle that was too short to go thru both wheels but Giraffetools immediately responded and sent out a new axle which fit perfectly thou it took about 2 weeks to ship. My previous hose reel was all plastic and constantly had plastic parts breaking and leaking. The plastic reel would also frequently tip over while winding in the hose. I blow the lines out and store in a garage during the winters.
