Fixed my son's watch for free AGAIN! Always so helpful and friendly. A hidden little gem in a seaside town where the shops are disappearing. Certainly brightens up a shopping experience for our visitors

Needed a good plain watch, Gladstones had one in and bought it - arrived on time for anniversary, wearing for the first time today, a week later!

Earrings came exactly as advertised, with a prompt delivery time and excellent service all around. I will be returning if I ever want more jewellery.

Made us a beautiful engagement ring based around a style we had seen on the high street. Tom used an old piece of jewellery and added extra diamonds, platinum and gold to create the design. He sent a picture through to show how it would look and adjusted it until we were happy. It took 3 weeks to make. Beautiful ring we are so happy with and looking forward to designing our wedding rings with them.

I am full of praise for Gladstone jewellers especially Tom and Ged. I have had some of my grandmothers jewellery under my bed for over 40 years. It was completely unwearable. Most of it was too big, broken or very old fashioned. They have made it into the most beautiful pieces that I can wear ( and have already done so) and also some items that I can bequeath to my own grandchildren. If you ever want/need to update any of your own jewellery this is the place to go.

The young lady who took my order was brilliant, I explained I had left things to the last minute and she went out of her way to get my goods to me.

Popped in today as my daughters necklace clasp come off and the lovely lady behind the desk looked and fixed it on the spot. Kind friendly and welcoming service will definitely use again and recommend highly to other people.

They custom made an ashes ring with my parents in. Designed it to what I was thinking and it turned out better than I could’ve imagined. Would recommend Gladstones to anyone.

My experience with gladstones was truly magical from start to finish, all staff was welcoming, kind and reassuring and went above and beyond. I walked in scared and nervous and really knowing what I wanted with all the knowledge and all different ways the staff had they put together the beautiful wedding ring to match my engagement ring I was left excited to see what it came out like. The staff wasn't after pushing a sale they made my appointment personal and reassuring and at ease they said I had time to go away and think and there was no issues if I didnt want to buy from them and I could look around first but the way they made me feel and what they put together I knew Gladstones was the place for me and wanted them to be the ones who made the special ring for me. I received a call to say it was ready to try and look at and wow weeeeee took my breath away it. I did have to have it resized which was no problem for the team and they also took my engagement ring and made it slightly bigger and cleaner. I went back a week later and tried my wedding ring on with my engagement ring and im so touched how beautiful it is, now its just sit and wait and look at everyday till I say I do. The gent who owns the shop is a true gent and funny he truly put me at ease and did everything. I did inquire with another shop before Gladstones and the service was awful and extremely pushy and over priced the ring I was looking at they was trying to charge me £1000 more then Gladstones. So I would highly recommend to attend Gladstones for amazing prices but for me was the service and the variety. Massive thank you for making me the most beautiful wedding ring.
