Sizing, Returns and Refund is an absolute joke!
I'm an avid online shopper and this is by far the worst place I've ever purchased anything and the worst customer experience I've ever had. Its shocking that a company like this even has an online platform. I ordered 3 pairs of socks, turns out one was out of stock - they emailed apologising and went ahead posting the other two - no goodwill, I was still charged for delivery. The sizing of the 2 items sent however was a disgraced - described as 'one size' (size UK 3-7) but doesn't even fit someone with that's a standard UK 6?
They have vague return and refund policy - refusal to offer a refund for item tried - and get this I have to cover the cost of return for the non tried item. All in all, I have to keep the items that don't fit and I don't want because it makes no logical sense to return. Order came up to circa £20, by returning it I will get £4 back if I'm lucky.
I'm never ordering from here again and I would advise others not to.

First, we apologize for any confusion regarding the size of the socks. We already coordinated this feedback to the production team and we're checking if there are any changes to the new styles as most of the socks are indeed measured correctly.
We understand your order is of no use, so we accepted the return of the unused pair for a refund but pls understand we cannot accept returns for any opened and used items due to hygiene reasons and the safety of our customers means the most to us too. This is also indicated in our Return Policy page: https://glassworkslondon.com/policies/refund-policy
For this matter, we offered a return label you can use to post this back to us and store credit for the used item that you can use anytime online or in-store.
As a small, independent company, we always strive our best to provide a satisfactory and reasonable service to all our dear customers that would still be in line with our policies. I sincerely hope you understand.

Individuality of designs is a plus.
I do like to come to Glassworks for the individuality of the clothing. It would be good if there was a choice of larger sizes as it limits what I can buy (size14)
Also think I really paid a bit too much and will be more careful next time. I appreciate that a shop in Soho has large rents and bills but nevertheless price is a consideration in these tough times.

The entire customer journey was spot on! First visit… will go again !
I hasn’t been to this shop before. It had some unusual pieces which seem to be made in smallish numbers. The staff were really helpful and friendly, which makes such a difference. I don’t live locally but I will be able to shop online.
