I was incredibly wary about spending a significant amount of money on a site that I don't know and haven't heard off before however the service i received was excellent and the bike is absolutely perfect

I honestly feel like alot of their positive reviews are fake.
I ordered around the 1th of this month. Their website said it was gonna take 5-10 days for me to recieve the bike charger, that I ordered. It’s now the 9th and they have not even send my package yet. They gave me some bullsh!t excuse, that it was chinese national day and that they were gonna ship my package the 8th. Even though it didn’t say anything about that on their page. They also told me shipping was gonna take 10-15 days after I ordered. Not 5-10 like their page stated. I would not even have ordered in the first place if I knew shipping time was that long. so they’re also lying about shipping time on their page. - oh and they still have not shipped my package even though its the 9th now. Their customer service is also terrible. They didn’t respond for several days and I had to start commenting on their facebook page to get a response from them.

They also ask you to download an app that needs access to all your personal emails, to even track your package.. if they even ship anything. Currently I fear I’m not getting anything at all and that they scammed me.. I will be updating my review if anything positive happens, but I highly regret ordering from this company. Do yourself a favour and find someone else..

I love the Scooter! Amazing and I got just what was ordered and described. I didn't get the manual for it is all.

The bike is too slow, there is no set button for the headlight,the battery is awkward to take out and the standard battery is absolutely useless

Ordered the duotts C29, its an excellent product and really cheap (especially with coupon codes). Bike arrived before expected. great customer service answered all my questions quickly.

Super fast delivery updates all the way purchased c29 extra battery plus upgraded brakes this bike has been amazing being 54 it was great to get out cycling with my son who also has the c29 we've both done over 400 miles and it's pain free for me so we explore far more than I ever imagined i could. love everything about bike power speed freedom recently had an issue with a headlight power cable which was solved seamlessly with the help of Echo who understood my problem and resolved the issue within 6 days would 100% RECOMMEND this company do not worry about ordering this is not a scam company and I after buying 2 0f these bikes am absolutely buzzing when we are out on them. genuine 5 star service many thanks to all from delivery to service you are very valued

Horrible customer service. The one time they answered they didn’t help or resolve the issue or helped much. We could not figure it out and ended up getting rid of the expensive bike because they were no help and ended Up buying a new one from another place. The bike was over 2,000 and this was frustrating.

Very helpful in trying to get my E-bike back up and running. Good quality parts and great customer service.

I received my order on time

I purchased the Duotts C29 with hydraulic brakes from Gleeride and from start to finish, the process was efficient and exceeded expectations.

I'm 50 miles in, and so far the bike itself is amazing. It's powerful for off-road riding, reliable and a comfortable ride. I was a bit disappointed that the new model has lost out on a few features that came with the 2024 version i.e. oversize seat and brake light, but overall I'm highly satisfied.

Gleeride were amazing. They offered by far the best deal and the bike arrived earlier than anticipated (two days after purchase), which was a pleasant surprise and a testament to their efficiency. The hydraulic brakes arrived a week later. Both were well packaged. Throughout the process, Gleeride maintained clear and timely communication.

I would highly recommend the C29 and Gleeride to others looking for a great price, product and reliable customer care.

bought myself a Ridstar S29 and was impressed with the quality and also aftersales with a small problem i had. Bought a second one for my son so we can go on extended rides together. did a three day mini break with a tent. First day set off approx 9 miles to the camp site and also roughly 5 mile round trip to a store not too far away. Had the charger with us so topped it up for a full day second day of riding country lanes and bike tracks. Again topped up over night but to be honest we could of riden home on the third day if we took our time. the tent we had on my bike is 34kg weight and my son probably had around 25kg between the rear carrier and his back pack.

Both bikes performed effortlessly. Every day riding is a joy and we find ourseleves looking for excuses to use the bikes now rather than jumping in the car for the short town trips to the shops etc.
Well impressed and if you are looking to get a smile on your face, you wont go far wrong. PS upgraded to Hydraulic brakes 4 pot with 203mm front 180 rear discs.

gekauft im November 2024 der Akku ist völliger Mist muss jetzt bei 10 km gefahrener Strecke laden der Akku ist großer Müll !!! Finger weg !!!
Wo soll ich anfangen 😅 ich gehe davon aus das die Bewertungen hier gekauft sind , mein Joyor S 5 ist eine einzige Katastrophe geschickt wurde ein Joyor S 5 ohne ABE mit Blinker auf meinen Hinweis das der ohne ABE ist wurde er getauscht und es kam ein neuer Scooter mit ABE aber ohne Blinker , das Teil zusammen gebaut die nächste Enttäuschung zum Offroad fahren das Ding niemals 🤣 eine ausziehbare Teleskop Stange als Lenkerstange sowas wackeliges hab ich noch nie gefahren und im ganzen Fahrverhalten ist das Ding einfach schlecht zu fahren macht einfach keinen Spaß , zu guter letzt der Akku geworben wird mit 50-60 km Reichweite niemals im Leben 10–15 km kommt man damit 🤣 den Support kann man auch vergessen ,geliefert wurde von WeRoll Tech GmbH die wollten aber mit Reklamation nichts zu tun haben ,ein Schelm wer Böses denkt 😅mein Fazit Hände weg diese Qualität ist China Müll und lohnt nicht für den Preis kauft euch was Qualitativ hochwertigeres z.B. einen Ninbot E Scooter oder ähnliches oder verbrennt eure Kohle so wie ich 👌😃

Been riding the yellow A9 and this little bike is fully packed. You can even charge your phone while riding it. It has really good power. I enjoy the full twist throttle in the backseat works perfectly for my wife or kid to cruise around on!:)

Ordered an e-bike. Once you've made a purchase, you'll get told it's out of stock and receive an offer to pay more for something else. Waited weeks. You'll get charged a transaction fee that you won't get refunded. Although they did finally provide a refund, it did not cover the transaction fees and difference in the exchange rate. Out of pocket by over £50. Would stay very clear if i was you.
5* reviews are clearly fake.

Contacting support via web chat took 10 mins but after that they were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I was talking with them for over 30 minutes. And they were able to delay my delivery for a few days as I would of been out of the country when it would of arrived.

They knew all about the e-bike I ordered which was impressive and they even sent me videos and instructions on how to setup my e-bike the way I wanted.

Great price, great help, great service.

Highly recommended.

I bought a ebike from gleeride and it was delivered to me as expected. After assembling the bike, everything worked fine till it broke. I was not able to get faster than 17mph while it was supposed to be 30mph. I sent a note to support and they responded quickly that this could be an auto throttling after the bike was on brake for a long time. I lived on a very long hill. I followed the instructions and solved the problem. Happy with the bike and the support.
