The pricing and selection was very good, but the high point for me was the staff; one in particular! Communication was fast, detailed, and always did exactly what they said they would do to get my products to me in a quick way! Very pleased with this transaction!

Everything was as advertised

It has been over 5 business days since ordering my wire. No communication other than order in process. Finally chatted with a person at the company (and waiting over 5 minutes to have the person check my order) he said the order has been processed but no shipping information. Assuming the shipping takes a week, the entire order will have taken over 2 weeks for 150' of #6 wire, which is ridiculous. Status is supposedly checked through an app you have to download onto your phone, again, why should I have to install another app to check status from Global.

Ordered over Easter I understand you had a couple days off but turn around time was horrible waited 3 weeks for the product and emailed customer service and got a passive aggressive email back will continue to use nassau over that

There was an issue but they responded qickly to correct it. In life there are issues dont expect otherwise but what makes the difference is how it is handled.

This was my second order this year, Customer Service was great and I will continue to use them.

First time went well, it was small awg and short length, fairly fast delivery and great price. Second order was a big one, 300+ ft of 4/0 x4 and it took exactly 19 days to just ship out, and I received it after 26 days. Most disappointing thing was never once did I receive any update without me calling first. Between the website, confirmation email, and customer service, I heard 1-2, 3-5, 5-7 business days were all mentioned in conversation, none of these were met. They should really be more clear about how long it can actually take and upfront about delays. Their pricing is great, quality is fine, but don’t be in a hurry! Wait till you get the cable to start the job.

I had a problem reaching out to this company at first. I was transferred to Simon, who listened to my problem. He was personable and really cared about customer service. He got my order taken care of and on its way.

The ship time was twice as long as quoted. Wire was OK once it arrived

The wire arrived in a timely fashion and as ordered with respect to gauge, length, and color. Lina was particularly helpful in making a change from my original order in the gauge of the grounding wire. She was able to get the change made without any delay in shipping. Overall a great experience.

UPDATE--Was reached out to personally by a team-member on a Sunday afternoon who appologized for the delay. He told me he would personally follow-up and ensure shipping as soon as possible. He also kindly refudned me my shipping.

*ORIGINAL ISSUE--Ordered 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Reached out to customer service numerous times and keep getting the same answer “it'll be out soon.”

The wire was just what I needed to get my new workshop wired. The price was below most other competitors and shipping was quick.

The service was exceptional, the price was exceptional, will surely use them for our underground wire needs.

The price of the wire was good but shipping took longer than expected and I had to call a couple times to request status.

The product was just what I ordered. I’m just not happy about the wait time for processing the order. 5-7 days is a long time. I have another order and I have to wait on it also. I placed this order last Wednesday and it still has not been fulfilled.

Good product when it finally arrived, but very slow processing. First wire ordered, second to last to arrive. Pricing was decent but speed will limit when its an option.

Wire came quickly

Great product at great price. One shipment was delayed but no problem. Contacted via email and they were right on it, even gave me credit for shipping since the one shipment didn’t appear to have been processed.
