Unethical business practices and gaslighting!!
I placed an order May 10 2026. Next day got email from Nassau that Light Fixture is currently out of stock, with a lead time extending until 1 month. Told them please ship all other parts and when light comes in ship at that time.
May 12th response from Nassau We will process your order ASAP and update you once order has been dispatched.
May 19th heard nothing so I sent an email to them asking about tracking and order status.
May 21st response was this!!!!! Due to the weight of the shipment, we are required to ship via LTL freight instead of UPS,
Which results in a shipping loss of approximately $250 on this order
We are not asking you to cover the full amount, but kindly request an additional $125 to help offset the cost so we can proceed.(Really)
NOW I READ THEIR SHIPPING RULES, WEB SITE SAYS over $1000 of wire and cable free ship, I had $1200. I met the criteria. They are holding my order hostage for more money. When you call in ALL phone numbers and directory goes to John C. Pretty sure they are using AI for all email correspondence as its poorly written and makes no sense. Nassau has to be using a out of country management company for orders and quotes because the accent of the guy was poor. Phone calls all answered as HELLO! What company in their right mind treats their customers this way!! After a phone call he has to talk to his boss about this issue and he will get back to me in an hour. REALLY!!!!!!I thought it was a scam!(Its now been 3 hrs-no response)
Their company values as per their webpage-

SO they would have just sat on this forever if I had not started looking into this and trying to find out what was going on, buyer beware, sketchy business and false advertising. As per their email, sorry we are losing money, we need you to pay more even though its FREE SHIPPING!!!
May 22 still no resolution............
I did find Samuel Draper is the supposed chief executive officer and last known employee count 0f 8 people out of Great Neck New York.
The more you dig into this company and find things out, the farther you should distance yourself.

High risk, not worth it, spend your time and money elsewhere!
This National 5000 company might be doing great in other countries but in the USA its failing its customers at an epic level. Poor customer service equals crappy management. Slowing America 1 shipment at a time!
My time and wasted energy to have to source everything again, not including my customers project delayed!

Bought a $4000 spool from them, the documentation is false, cable was rated at half ampacity than stated. Support has no techs on staff, only indian reps who parrot what the documentation says.

I love I can order just the amount of wire I need.

Ordered 71’ of 4-4-4-6 aluminum ser wire for my home, building inside portions of my garage subpanel to existing overhead aluminum wiring between house and garage. They treated me like a business even though it’s just a small home project! The wire was wrapped with care and arrived in perfect condition! Cost about half the price of a big box store. Did take about a week to arrive, but that saved me over $100! Highly recommend

If I could put negative stars - i would.
Made an order, website said it was in stock, then they come back and say they don’t have it, but they can get from somewhere else for more expensive.

Went to their parent company, ( that was that “somewhere else), made an order for slightly different products - just for the same person to come back with the same thing.

Don’t bother wasting your time and having your funds getting hung up waiting for your bank to process refund.
They are filthy liars!!!
Just go somewhere else!!!
