This company went above and beyond in…

This company went above and beyond in helping me yesterday. I knew they closed at 5 ET but I went ahead and emailed them anyway at around 4:15 Ct. I really didn't expect an answer, but they did. And they kept texting me clear up until around 9 pm CT. We got my scheduling issue solved. Most businesses when they close they close. Not with Global Traveler. Thank you!!

Never received my refund!!??

Never received my refund!!??
I have sent Many Replies to your various emails, plus I tried phoning your given phone numberbs several times.
You need to your phone and emails going back to the Oct 29th date,
For email addresses I have:

(This originally led me to believe you were part of the US Government's TSA immigration office that handled the TSA PreCheck program)

(Again led me to believe you were part of the US Government's TSA immigration office)

In addition I have tried phoning your office several times. Each time I tired your phone number, (407) 641-3729, I am on the phone waiting many rings before it answers saying that customer service representives are busy Please Hold. Then after minutes of holding I hear a click like someone picked up the line but then I hear a hear a busy signal.
After trying to dial back I get the same reponse.

I have asked for a full refund many times since the original date of experience, 10/28/2024.

PLEASE JUST ISSUE MY REFUND

They are imposible to reach

They are imposible to reach, the e-mail in their website does not work, and the phone number is never answered.
It has been a nightmare to get something done from them.

This is NOT the government Trusted Traveler Program!

I made the mistake of confusing Global Traveler (globalfasttrackus.com) with the Trusted Traveler Program (the government site through which even Global Traveler must process the Global Entry application / renewal). I tried to cancel my application by phone within 3 hours of submitting on a Friday afternoon. I was told that the application had already been processed. Consequently I paid $300 for my renewed Global Entry (and other services which I'll never use). The next day my wife paid $180 for her renewal on the TTP site. Both our new Global Entry cards arrived via mail 5 days after applying. My mistake....lesson learned at an extra cost of $120. To be fair I did get my Global Entry card along with an email from Global Traveler....and if I ever need airport conceriege I can reserve that....for extra $$$

Paying for What exactly?

I'm still trying to find out what I paid $180. for since when I went to the TSA appointment I had to pay them another $78. Can you please explain that to me?

Great experience!

The online application process was easy to complete, the in person interview took less then 10 minutes from the time I arrived to when I left and I received number in two business days. Great experience!

Fast and Excellent

Excellent service. I applied to renew on a Saturday and received comments back asking for more info on Sunday. On Monday, I received confirmation that my application was approved, along with my new number. A week later I received my new card. Incredible.

Great Service! I needed to renew my Global Entry…

I needed to renew my Global Entry account in preparation for a trip to India with our family in 3 weeks. The online service of Global Entry was smooth and quick. I await my new card, but even before I receive it I will be able to enjoy the benefits of Global Entry and TSA PreCheck.
